“My name is Jerome I have a Kia transmission was acting up so I called bill's transmission shop he told me that it’s may need to be service so he serviced it put new fluid in it he told me to drive it get fluid circulating in transmission. Transmission has been doing great sometimes we think that we need a new transmission but that’s not the case all the time I would recommend to go to bills before I go somewhere else”

“My experience with AAMCO was excellent, especially when it came to customer service. Morris was outstanding from the very first phone call when I explained that I wanted a thorough inspection of my vehicle during my 5-day return period.
There was no wait at all. He got me in first thing Monday morning, and he even called me on Saturday while I was picking up the vehicle to make sure he hadn’t missed my appointment. It turned out he had me confused with another customer, but I really appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to customer service.
When I returned to pick up the vehicle, Morris gave me the good news that the inspection came back with a green light and that there were no major mechanical issues with the car, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
My only concern involved the tires. The rear left tire pressure sensor continued to show a lower reading than the others. After taking the vehicle to a tire shop, I learned that the tire had a nail in it, which appears to have been there when I drove away from Macon, Georgia. I also found out that the right rear tire was the wrong size for the vehicle.
Because of this, I was surprised these issues were not identified during the inspection. However, this was my only concern.
Overall, I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service Morris provided, and I was grateful to learn that nothing major was wrong with my vehicle.”
