The reason a 3 was given because the staff needs to be trained on the products location in the store.. The last 3 times I've went in for perfume and the employee literally had to search 10 minutes for the item

Huge shoutout to Janice and Amber for making me feel so pretty and confident! Janice did such an amazing job on my hair - I absolutely love how flirty and playful it looks! She totally understood what I was going for and made it even better than I imagined. And Amber absolutely killed it with my brows — they’ve never looked this good! I’m obsessed 😍 Both of these ladies are not only super talented but also sweet and fun to talk with. I left feeling like the best version of myself. Highly, highly recommend them!!

Anna and the other ladies are awesome.i doordash there and they are kind and professional.withiut Anna's help is still be there looking for my order lol.the store looks great(at least in my 49 year old lame male opinion😁they are always attending to customers and being helpful.They know the store and inventory back to front.Great crew.You ladies will love this store I guarantee it

I’d like to thank Aimee G at the salon in ulta for doing my hair, I was nervous going to a new salon since I’ve only done my hair at home using splat. She made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable for me. It’s hard to find a stylist that can give you the crazy colors and keep your hair healthy at the same time. I’m glad I found her and love the cut she gave me too!

Yolanda with Clinique helped me and she was great. I’m pretty clueless as far as makeup goes and she had me feeling confident about what I was getting. She also helped me figure out how to take care of my break outs and was very knowledgeable. She gave me some really good pointers and advice. Altogether lovely. Hope she sees this and it makes her day because she made mine! ?
