Supposedly, my package was delivered December 20th, last Wednesday. However, it needed a signature and I wasn't home. The UPS note stated that my package would be taken to the Talokas Lane store. My package wasn't not there. I have been calling the Belfast location in Columbus, Ga. and cannot get anyone on the phone. I have been tracking my package and realized there was a damage report on my package that I didn't report. Today, December 26th and I still have no clue where my package is. It's crazy that no one can track down the driver to see exactly what happened to my package. So unprofessional!

Why is there no way to call in and talk to someone in the building? Is there no phone in there? I was trying to figure out what the best time was for me to go by and pick up my items. I stayed late at work and drove 30 minutes out of the way to go by and found out they were not open from 6:30-8:30 pm as advertised. Now I have to go back another time when I get a chance.

Unfortunately, must agree with the previous reviewer. UPS is typically fabulous with all our deliveries. ?????This week, a merchant arranged for a pick-up of a return. An RMA code was provided and written on the side of the package (as instructed) for the driver. Contacted UPS customer service and they confirmed this guidance.To our shock and horror.... a driver left us the attached note.

They did attempt to look at where the package I was supposed to pick up was. I had texts showing UPS sent instructions for pickup that morning, but they sent the package back. It was the second one. My partner needed his medications and UPS could not find our house. No one in the office could explain why or how to fix it, only to call the 800# on Monday. The 800# blocks you from speaking to a person unless you say specific words and your tracking number shows up in the system. My situation did not. I finally reported the package missing and left a very detailed message. It did finally get UPSs attention and some of the medications were rerouted back, still missing one. UPS coded the package that the receiver requested pickup which we did not and had no idea the medications were sitting there. It was a bad situation and the place for help was very little help. They have no policies in place for people who live together with different last names to get the other's packages and did not care or offer any solutions on what to do if this happens again to a person with limited mobility after a stroke. Yet another reason the delivery to our home was so important.

A package, was delivered to me on 7/13/23. As of today 7/24/23, I still haven't received my package. I was given an excuse of them having a NEW DRIVER, due to the OLD DRIVER, being out on vacation. I gave specific instructions for directions to my house & also included my phone number & my package was never delivered. Everytime I checked the UPS WEBSITE to get an update on my package, it was labeled as UNABLE TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS! One minute my package is in process of being delivered, up until it's time for my package to be delivered, then a MEMO, will pop up, UNABLE TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS. I talked to the supervisor at this location & was told that the driver was across the street from my house. I immediately went outside to check on the driver & to give them assistance with directions & lol, no one hadn't seen a UPS truck anywhere or anytime during the day. UPS is an unprofessional BUSINESS & they don't care about their customers. MEMO: this only open 4hrs during the day, which makes it impossible to pickup your packages.

Can never deliver because they “can’t get” try actually pulling the door handle Im sure they can get into the building. Return packages after you pay to have them redelivered!Worst ever!!!!

UPS in Columbus is awful. They loose packages all the time and then when you can finally get ahold of someone, since they are never open nor do they answer their phone, they do nothing to help you!

Open only 4 hours a day for some unknown reason. 0830-1030, and 1830-2030. I was able to get some assistance and the person was very helpful and polite.

UPS has the WORST automated system I’ve ever seen. In addition, their customer service representatives are very rude and uninformative. UPS needs to do better with the service they provide.

Called about the package that they’ve found EVERY excuse in the world not to deliver on the delivery date I paid for. Their tech kept giving me contradictory excuses as to why the package hasn’t been delivered. “Oh the reason it wasn’t delivered was because it needs a signature” to “I see here it doesn’t actually need a signature” to “ they can’t drop it off at your door because they don’t have access to the gate” to “ I see here they have access to your gate” and so on. And OF COURSE I can’t get a shipping refund due to their incompetence. Nope, even better they wanted to charge me for me requesting to pick up my package from their facility

The manager doesn't know his own policy of shipping firearms which was a mess for about an hour and a half, had FFL , shipping label and address of manufacturer and still was told could not ship. The manufacturer had to send them the agreement they had signed by UPS stating it was for them to do so and was legal. Hope now the manager knows his own policy. To top it off I was offering to take my firearm apart and only send the slide and they stated that was still a firearm hmmm. So all please make sure if you are sending a stick of steel it's considered a firearm and you'll need a FFL to do so....What a joke

Lady had a bad attitude upon entering didn’t speak was to busy speaking with someone else. First thing she says is not Hello or How can I help but is “Did you call up here first because if you didn’t we don’t have it” Completely unhelpful it’s already frustrating trying to pick up a package that you got rush delivered with no signature delivery

Since mid last yr terrible delivery drivers run off driveway messing parts of yard up trying to back in also almost anything I get is broke open missing parts or smashed to he'll in back won't be using ups anymore

Ridiculous! Open from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning and 6:30 to 8:30 at night. 4 hours for a UPS store give me a break. I know they're not short staff because you can't even get into the parking lot to park as a customer because all the employees are parked there
