I shopped there January 19, 2024 the young man helping me should win an award for customer service. Glad to see. there are still high-quality customer service businesses out there ,hard to come by these days especially the young generation!!!!!!

One of the most efficient stores and multi tasking employees I have experienced. This will be my store from now on. Staff was very friendly and so helpful. The lady at the counter was working two and three customers at once, I being one of the three. If you look for efficiency and near perfect service, this is where you need to do your shipping and receiving business.

I normally have no problems with this store as I’ve been using it for my small business. But Friday 8/4/23 @1623 we had a big one. First- my package shipped with a error C20-207 rather than C140-207, ok cool no biggie. But when my husband went to pick up my package it was opened and damaged & hnot want to take chances on it. The UPS worker “Chris” then tells my husband he walked it down to the Vape Shop a few doors down- my husband then asked why did the package leave the store in the first place without you verifying who the package belong & the other two you ladies that work there- mind you the a for the vape shop is wasn’t his name or business & then “realized” it wasn’t his after he rammed through it- taped it up HORRIBLY then walked it back to UPS.I lost $250 plus dollars on all my products, missed my vendor event where I make about $500-$600 & couldn’t pay my two assistants and most importantly TIME. I provide quality products to my customers I could not take this and sell this to anyone- i wouldn’t even want to take it home for myself!

I don't wanna jinx myself after posting this but the employees here are so sweet. I go here alot because I'm always ordering.... I gotta stop... but anyway I didn't have my label printed and the lady and the guy on 2 separate occasions let me print it off there. I had just gotten off of work that one of the days too. It was like 8 am and the guy was so nice. I probably acted like a zombie but it's cuz I was past tired and just straight delusional otw home. What was real and what not you know? Anyway. I'll be back. 5 stars dudes. Keep it up. ??

Trent was very helpful as well as all of the staff. I went there to get some copies made and to use their fax service. As I waited for my fax and emails printed I observed several friendly greetings as people came in additional staff was there to assist with shipping needs. I also seen a elderly man get help with a box taken to his car with a smile! This is my go too shipping store!

I’m a small business owner so I do a lot of my own product shipping and I came here to ship several times they have allowed me use my own logo bag and I prepaid for my shipping label, but when I went in today there was a light skinned man with blonde hair who was very rude he said I needed to purchase a separate bag but when I informed him it’s been allowed to ship with just being in my logo bag, he told me to go somewhere else. I get it if it’s policy but it’s shouldn’t be a new policy change with different employees and to tell me to go somewhere else is not a good look for any business. I was very nice to him and purchased a bag but definitely had to leave this review…
