I've been trying multiple days just to get them on the phone. Got their local number from USPS support and they have not answered at once every single time it rings until they send it to busy. Do your job if you don't want to answer the phone then quit cuz it's part of your requirements You don't get to just decide what parts of the job you do and do not do.

They didn't knock on my door they just left my stuff and my stuff sat outside for 2 hours I wouldn't of known my stuff was outside unless I went in took my garbage out and because my stuff was sitting outside my neighbors cats tore my stuff up and the company I got items from did not want to give me my money back.

The female that works at this location was very rude hostile for no reason she threatened me she calls herself the manager cause I told her I think a mailman took my mailbox then she gets very rude and hostile she’s very unprofessional and needs to be terminated immediately with those ugly glasses she wears

They refuse to deliver any packages and make it impossible to retrieve them. They do not open on time(up to an hour late), they take an hour and a half for lunch at least according to their sign and when I showed up for the third time to try to get some assistance, and they close the lobby early. Nobody will pick up the phone. I've filed two complaints and nothing has been done other than getting a call at 7:30 pm from them and they hung up on me as soon as I said hello and refused to answer my calls back.If you work normal hours, you will never see your package.

Lazy unprofessional work!!!!!! My package wasn't delivered because my drive way or door was blocked; neither was and never will be since I live in an apartment complex directly across the street. I was informed that my package will be delivered the next "delivery day" which is every day excluding Sunday and obviously it didn't happen. This raggedy rinky dink office does absolutely nothing but stink and annoy unfortunate customers to death. Avoid all costs.
