Went here due to the one nearest my home on Benning is ALWAYS having some sort of issues. First time visiting really nice staff. Doesn’t provide next day service though.

Lunch breaks are taken at random times each day and the office is closed for 1-2 hours. Only notice is a sign on the door. At the very least stick to a set lunch schedule so we can plan accordingly? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wasted a trip to find out it’s closed

Closes down for a lunch break? Just when I thought federal workers couldnt be more lazier. This place closes for an hour and half lunch break. Meanwhile the federal security guards are snickering about the dilema.

Im new to sending packages/letters and don’t know much about stamps but Tim answered every question I had. He explained everything in detail and was overall really helpful. He made my experience go really smoothly, thank you !

I have 5 boxes for work. Almost every day the mail has not been put in the boxes. We can't do our jobs without the items being delivered. They close for hours at a time in the middle of the day and close at 3:00 pm at least once a week. It's infuriating!!

They close everyday from 1130 to 130 for their 2 hr union break lunch. I have a business in uptown but I have to go across town to a post office that's actually open. Lazy.

i’m not sure if it’s this particular locations fault, however since this location is the main one here in columbus they are catching my angry review.
the past two months ALL the packages i’ve gotten (or not gotten i should say) via USPS have been a total utter nightmare. specialized expensive food products that i bought, got “lost” by usps for over a month, then finally did show up and were absolutely drenched in mold, couldn’t get a refund from the seller since they “arrived”, cost me about $300 total in losses. lemonhead makeup that shows as delivered in parcel locker, but then there’s no key to pick it up in my mailbox, and again since it’s showing delivered to the seller i cannot get a refund. a custom perfume that said delivered for 3 days, told my etsy seller who refunded me for it only to have it show up on day 5 leaving me to have to try and pay her back for the refund. a crystal order that came a month late just to be opened and the stones were absolutely shattered from such mishandling. those are just some of the absolutely nightmare situations brought on by usps lately.
i don’t know what they have going on nowadays but i have been messaging customer service of my favorite companies begging them to use UPS or fedex instead - id rather just pay an extra $5/10 and KNOW i’ll get my package safely, on time, and in one piece than get the free usps shipping so many of these smaller companies offer. it’s just horrible.
not to mention my usps mail person will literally shove the most giant packages in my mailbox til they break or bend the contents instead of walking their butt to my door. im so over it!!!!!! get it together usps! *flicks their forehead*

Parking spots usually turn over quickly enough to grab a spot without much of a challenge. Postal workers have been helpful volunteering options for mailing items requiring tracking.

Mr. Lawrence is the best, hard working employee I have ever met not only at this Post Office but anyone I have ever been to. He deserves a raise asap!!

Easily one of the worst USPS offices and or areas I've dealt with constantly being late on deliveries, missing packages. The late deliveries is the most frustrating because it's usually the driver doesn't get to the office of our appt complex in time or a vehicle is parked in a mildly inconvenient spot so it makes their attempt undeliverable. Simply pathetic.

If in Columbus stop by, raise your head and look at all the very nice features this building has. And also look for archtectural detail of surrounding buildings.
