had to mail off a court document i had to sign. i originally used a FLAT RATE ENVELOPE once i waited inline for 15+ mins, he told me to get to the back of line and i was not allowed to use that label for shipping my letter. which made no sense because my mother just sent me something using the EXACT SAME ENVELOPE for one piece of paper,, THE PAPER I WAS SIGNING. and at the end of it, he ended up forcing me to use a normal envelope, it was gonna take over a week to get to my LAWYER. and it just came back in the mail to my house saying that they were unable to ship it. please train your staff, for they have no clue of what they’re doing. just go to any other one tbh.

Dropped off prepaid mail in the mail drop off and they still haven't scanned rhe mail for tracking. It's notarized legal documents..
I'm hoping they mailed the envelope out..

Only giving this location 2 stars since the staff are courteous but its like rolling dice as to whether they are actually OPEN 830am - 5pm, more often than not, they are closed for lunch, or closed early, etc and that is on a regular basis. I hate that some of our deliveries use the USPS since we then have to go to this location with our fingers crossed if the place is actually open or not. I'm all for breaks, etc but hire more staff or update the hours so people don't waste time coming here to locked doors.

I was just here for the first time w/ an eBay return. Employee “Benjamin” was both helpful & courteous handling my return transaction. This is a conveniently located office adjacent to the highway. I can definitely recommend this location! 👍👍😁🇺🇸

By far the worst postal service ever, I’m consistently force to pick up my packages because the carrier refuse to deliver my packages yet in the system inputs delivery attempted. After 7 complaints I’m still having the same issue, I assume this is acceptable for this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.
Here we are now a month or two later and they have now upgraded to my address doesn’t exist so item is being return to sender. I truly wish when ordering off online (Amazon) it allowed me to pick a carrier, because every time & only when they deliver through USPS I run into a consistent issue. The accountability and care to complete the job seems to me not a requirement to maintain the position with this company, I constantly inconvenience having to track down my packages.

The post office was closed before the scheduled time. It’s 430pm and at least three people have attempted to receive services, but the full service option is not available because it is closed. The post office hours of operation states they are open until 5pm. There was no additional information provided and all other customers were equally perplexed. This is a federal establishment and I don’t understand why they are closed without notice. It could very well be a staffing issue and I hope they are able to resolve whatever problems they are currently having to ensure both the customer and employees are cared for.
Ten minutes later…I had to rush to another office before they closed and discovered that the representative at this location has been working by herself and another representative (7 minutes away) was supposed to travel over to relieve her so she could at least have LUNCH, but his site is also short staffed. After the situation that took place with the worker at Wells Fargo, I hope the powers that be are able to support the workers who aren’t able to have their most basic needs met and have to work for over 8 hours without any breaks or even lunch. After having more information, I am definitely not upset at the representative for setting boundaries to meet her most basic needs. I am disappointed with the organization for mishandling their workers and I hope that a team is working somewhere, developing a plan to provide potential solutions for this problem; but I won’t hold my breath. We must do better especially because we know better! That is all.

Day 2 theyre the absolute worst they dont pick up the phones.. whomever thr lazy driver they keep sending needs to be fired im posting the video of your driver just sitting never got out lied 2 days now stating there's no safe place to put my packages you're too lazy to walk up the steps... But you could have come around back...lazy just laaaaazy it's your job then to lie I get packages often Amazon just sent my pkgs that driver brought the packages but this lazy person isn't wow and the ppl never pick up
I'm very disappointed in the USPS driver instead of getting out and coming up the porch to the porch he sat in the truck and never delivered my package then I get a message stating it was no safe place but that same day another package was delivered just fine usually my packages get delivered but this person and I saw them from my backyard because I was coming down the hill they sat in the truck and never got out and then they drove off they were on a side road to me that was very unprofessional

How about we not put things in parcel lockers and not leave a key. Maybe put it on the truck for the next day. Because not all of us have the simple 9-5 I average 60 to 65 hours a week. It's a box significantly smaller than other boxes dropped off the same day I was supposed to get my parcel that's now in a locker

Very helpful and friendly personal staff. I was greeted when I came into the Post office and didn't wait long before I was waited on. Had a nice conversation with the employee while I doing business there. Will always come back job well done thanks. There's still great customer service.
