Always short staffed. Why is there only one employee ever at all the counters combined? N there is always that one customer who glues to that one open counter for like an hour leaving rest of the customers waiting forever. Happens every single time, without fail, every time I am here.

I never get my packages on time. Sometimes they deliver it to the wrong house and when it does state that is delivered they keep on saying that it’s in a locker with no address and have to wait days until I get my package after complaining multiple times.

Tried getting someone on the phone for over 30 minutes , finally some guy answered and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept cutting me off everytime i went to speak and when i asked him to stop and to let me speak he got an attitude and told me no because he already knew what i was going to say even tho he didnt , he just didnt want to help in any way . I always have problems with my mail and/or packages not getting delivered. When i told him he didnt know what i was going to say and to just let me speak that he was being rude he hung up on me

The person needs instructions as to where to put my package. Says the mailbox is too small. Leaves a form to fill out and still doesn't bring it. I call the hotline and give instructions as to deliver to my front porch. It still doesn't arrive. It's a chair...I sense pure laziness.

Not getting my mail. The information delivery app says I'm supposed to receive mail and it usually doesn't arrive until days later. ( Including priority packages that are marked for delivery)Are y'all ok over there? Short staffed or something? I really would like to get my mail today ! Been waiting for three days on a package that says it's waiting for delivery scan. ??♀️
