I called this post office everyday if not three times a day for over 2 weeks nobody answered if you aren't going to answer the phone get rid of ityou can save some money.

This post office lied saying they couldn't deliver my package due to the security gate passcode being wrong. WE DON'T LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY. Yet somehow our other packages with this order made it to our home with no problem and they were able to leave a pickup notification with said package. I PAID for shipping not for pickup.

This post office is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever dealt with. My frustration with them has reached its peak. On July 2nd, I sent a package to Dallas, Texas, and today, August 16th, 2024, it still hasn’t arrived! The package has been bouncing back and forth between Dallas and Georgia for over a month. How can they not manage a simple delivery?
But that’s not all. They lost important documents for my business, which I never recovered. Despite my constant calls and insistence, I never received a response or a follow-up call. The lack of responsibility and customer service at this location is astounding.
This morning, I went to pick up some live chicks. When I arrived, I saw people inside, but no one responded to my knocking. One employee even slammed the door in my face after seeing me. Thankfully, a woman who works there and knows me was the only one who did her job and handed me the chicks. If it weren’t for her, I don’t know what would have happened.
Overall, the service at this post office is incredibly inefficient. Every time I send a package from here, it takes far too long to arrive. Just three days ago, on Tuesday, I sent a package to Miami using priority shipping, which is not cheap, and today, Friday, it still hasn’t arrived. This is unacceptable.
I send all my packages from this office, but after so many negative experiences, I can say that the U.S. Postal Service, particularly at this location, simply doesn’t work. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

They never answer the phone. Nor do they follow the change of address I put in through the website. Still delivering packages to my old home address instead of them being forwarded to my new home.

The elder lady is very impolite at the front desk. Not welcoming and seems agitated on the multiple visits I have made throughout.

CARRIERS CANNOT DELIVER AS THEY ARE HIRED TO DO WILL NOT WALK A FEW FEET ACROSS YARD HAVE TO DRIVE UP ON TO PRIVATE PROPERTY BECAUSE THEY ARE TO LAZY TO WALK A FEW FEET . POST MASTER JUST AS SORRY AS THE CARRIER'S TAKE COMPLAINTS TO HIGHER UP IN ATLANTA LIKE I AM DOING . MAYBE ATLANTA WILL REPLACE THIS SORRY STAFF AND HIRE SOMEONE TO DO THE JOB. SHIPPING IS TO EXPENSIVE TO NOT GET PROPER SERVICE. MIDLAND AREA WE DESERVE BETTER .

Such great and friendly staff. Milgen road is and always has been a nightmare so it’s nice having this post office to go to instead. Highly recommended!

This Post Office has definitely dropped off. Every other thing I order is late a day or two. According to tracking it’s just sitting at the Post Office. I guess they just deliver when they feel like it.

I’m still in a bit of shock, and quite appalled by the poor customer service I received today. I called, left a voicemail, and called multiple times again before getting an answer - I asked my initial question and was responded to with a tone and demeanor that seems a bit extreme for a mere post office inquiry. I’m not even sure if she could comprehend what I was asking because her responses were defensive and angry. It was extremely shocking considering how much we’ve appreciated this post office over our years at this location. I called at approx 2:10pm to confirm our mail hold had been successfully switched to be forwarded to our new address after a month + of travel. I trust the USPS system works well, and we’ll get our mail. Despite my kind tone and questioning, the girl on the phone(who provided no name, and claimed to have no other person I could speak with) was demeaning, short, and made me feel like an inconvenience. She had no solutions to offer, and ended up hanging up on me after saying I need to just call back later. What a shame to see this place is hiring people who are of such low quality. I’m following up as needed corporate wise, and surely will ‘call back later’. Just thought I’d share my experience so no one else feels d*** for asking simple questions if they call. Every other experience here has been pleasant.
