In need of customer service training . If your staff is struggling or experiencing personal issues. Send them home because they are misrepresenting our neighborhood. I expect the same customer service on Macon Road as I would receive on the north end of Columbus. I entered the store on 25 February 2025 at 10am and was directed to wait for a sales representative. At approximately 10:10 or 10:15 the sales person walks into the store. Obviously dealing with something personal. I had the misfortune of having to deal with a disgruntle worker that is not having a good morning and unable to separate personal issues from work. I understand life is rough but professionals have to separate business from personal issues. I didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive behavior. Totally uncalled for. Weirdly enough she had the nerve to ask me if I was interested in purchasing some additional product from your company. // Update on 2/26/25 received a response from the company. Was not informed if they would work on customer or conduct refresher training. So expect subpar customer service when you enter this store.

Walked in, got what I needed and left. The young lady at the desk was knowledgeable about their devices and things moved along quickly.

I really hate when people try to insult my intelligence(Mr terry or Terrence what ever his name is.) I have been with this company all of three months and it has been problem after problem. I have been in the store several times including today’s visit where the rep wanted to say he didn’t help my fiancé with his phone that had been messing up since day one. Mr terry didn’t recall when we came in to the store and he updated his phone when we came in to the store the second or third time . After finding out that the issues was not resolved we Called customers service several times and nothing had been resolved from my phones not working properly to my internet constantly going out this company and its employees failed to take any accountability and or actions for this crappy a service .

I believe Total Wireless was an independent reseller of Verizon minutes (bulk buys/guarantees millions of minutes per period for discounted price, passing along savings to its customers, which was 1/3 VZ price when we signed with TW ), then VZ bought them out. Never mind, this store is only for (“real”) VZ customers paying “real” (high) VZ rates. Plus, the rep took my phone number and said they could put me in touch with the “right” customer service representative, putting me in the que (very busy) on his handheld computer. After a while, I interrupted the rep and asked how long it would be, and then and only then did his handheld computer say “I wasn’t a real VZ customer” and they could not help.

Really great store, first class service for me personally. I was there for 1+ hour as they transferred my service back to Verizon and added a 3rd line and 2nd phone so i got the opportunity to watch them help other customers. Genuine, professional and caring

Terrible Service cuts in and out all the time, as well as constant lies about billing and military discounts, aren't as they promise, we completely regret ever switching to them. Looking for other options.

30 minute wait to exchange defective watch but 6 workers standing and talking to each other. When asked if I could just return it, rude female says you still have to wait cause I only have 2 sales associates. Customer service is terrible with the exception of Dominique and a young dark skinned male. Had to return to this store 7 times in a months time. Switching service

Public Service Announcement for Verizon, Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia floor salesperson “Johnny” working 12/01/23:Salesperson Johnny added unauthorized charges to my son’s account that had to be reversed by calling Verizon 611.We questioned Johnny about the charges and he laughed at us and remarked, “you still here aint you?”If he did this to us, he may do it to you.

Dealing with Verizon is a pain in the a**. Everything you get a different person who tells you something completely different. They don't tell you all the hidden things when they say the phone is free....its not free and they change your phone plan and never say anything. You find out when first bill comes. I went to have husbans info removed since deceased and everything in my name. They still have his name on the bill....ugh. I hate VERIZON. Waiting for free phone to be paid off then going elsewhere.

Lazy employees. I have been a customer for 15 years and they wouldn't help me unless I paid $30 in advance to transfer my contacts into my existing Verizon phone. I would avoid this location .they could care less about customer service. Management should fire all of them and start over.
