I just traded my phone in on Sep 21st at this location with the sales associate Derrick. When everything was done with trading in and the transaction was finished I went to work thinking everything was okay. When I got on my lunch break I reviewed my receipt from my purchase of $284 and some change. The associate Derrick told me that 284 was TAX I was paying on the new phone , I didn’t think anything of it. However, my receipt actually says I was charged $40 set up fee which is fine but I was also charged 49.99 for a screen protector I didn’t ask for and 54.99 for a case he told me twice it was FREE and included with my purchase. I really don’t appreciate the dishonesty from him just trying to make commission off of me because I definitely would not have paid for a case and screen protector in store. I walked out that store happy I got my phone but when checking my receipt, I did not appreciate he did not communicate to me what exactly I was paying for — he told me I was paying for taxes only. I won’t be doing business with him ever again — be sure to review your charges before paying for it! Lesson learned.

I have Verizon business account and I called to customer support about eSIM issue and they told me you can collect SIM card from any store but this Verizon store ask me 20$ for SIM card only.

Today me and my daughter went into the Verizon in peachtree mall. Shantice helped us with an ongoing issue that I had been dealing with for days. Let me just say Ms. Shantice was phenomenal!!!! She really went above and beyond with excellent customer service for me and my daughter. She made multiple calls on our behalf to Verizon support online until she was able to get us a resolve!!! It took a while, but she never became short or bothered by my many questions. Thank you Ms. Shantice for your help!! You are AMAZING!!!! I really enjoyed my experience with Verizon because of your sweet spirit! You were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with coming up with solutions to my problems!!!

Wesley was an excellent TMobile team leader. He provided the best customer we had in a long time. He made sure we was taken of from all aspects. We all got new phones in a record time with no issues. He also gave us all discounts on all of accessories. We would recommend everyone to work with him in the future.
