Today me and my daughter went into the Verizon in peachtree mall. Shantice helped us with an ongoing issue that I had been dealing with for days. Let me just say Ms. Shantice was phenomenal!!!! She really went above and beyond with excellent customer service for me and my daughter. She made multiple calls on our behalf to Verizon support online until she was able to get us a resolve!!! It took a while, but she never became short or bothered by my many questions. Thank you Ms. Shantice for your help!! You are AMAZING!!!! I really enjoyed my experience with Verizon because of your sweet spirit! You were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with coming up with solutions to my problems!!!

Wesley was an excellent TMobile team leader. He provided the best customer we had in a long time. He made sure we was taken of from all aspects. We all got new phones in a record time with no issues. He also gave us all discounts on all of accessories. We would recommend everyone to work with him in the future.

Make sure you go see TORI BURNS. I GOT THE NEW Z FLIP 5 FOR ONLY 13 CENTS A MONTH. she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything as far as how the credits work. She is amazing. I also got a new tablet for church and my bill only went up a few bucks.

If I could give them a 0 I would. This store has a lot of deceitful people. We went and upgraded our phones and we did not know that the store charges $40 to transfer your stuff and then Verizon charges $35 on the backside. We received a hefty bill plus we paid a big bill at the store. We spoke to a Verizon representative and he told us that they should have told us that they were going to charge us $40 per phone if they did the transferring for you. We were not told about the option of doing it ourselves without getting that charge.This store lacks ethics and transparency! It’s sad that deceiving people is how you all make your money! I don’t recommend this store! This was only one issue. I was also made aware of more issues after I had purchased my phone. They need to re-train their staff!

Wesley was very awesome and extremely helpful. We came in from out of country to set up new plans and he worked with us for awhile to ensure we were taken care of. He stayed after closing time to make sure we left completely satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what Wesley provided. 10 out of 10!
