Popped in with a problem with my phone. Was waited in short order. The young man identified my SIMM card as the problem. He replaced the card at no charge and I was on my way. Nice job, Verizon.

Mya helped me right away. I didn’t know what was wrong with my phone but she fixed it anyway!!! Her customer service is outstanding. I appreciate her kindness because I just got off work and was exhausted. :)

Donald was INCREDIBLE!! My husband and I came in to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Donald ran multiple quotes for us, and was so patient. He remained professional and polite the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Warning! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars it would be -5! Service has been sketchy as of late. Today, Nov. 21, 2023, around 4:30 pm, I attempted to update my information that I thought should be done as I had a new-to-me iWatch. At first, there were only a few people ahead so I thought maybe it won't be long. I saw it was raining and I don't like to drive in the rain so I left. After I took a few steps outside I saw it was going to really pour down! I went back in to the store. I was then given an assigned person to help me. At first, he seemed very nice but not very sure about things around the store as it was very busy. When we did sit down to check on a few things I thought he seemed to know what he was doing. But out of nowhere with no warning or a word, he got up and went to "the front corner" and sat down talking to his co-workers for a few minutes. Then he made a call. I looked over there and caught his eye but he dismissed me and continued his call. I stood up and looked straight at him but he obviously couldn't care less. I walked out of there and will never go back! There are a couple of good people in there that were actually working, talking, and smiling as they actually helped customers. Someone needs to do some management at this store. I usually get better deals online anyway!

Went to the Verizon store on North Veterans in Columbus on Friday to purchase my wife an IPad and a Apple Pencil. The Apple Pencil wouldn’t pair to the table undoubtedly it was a defect because the pen wasn’t even going in the port all the way. Today Sunday November 5 2023 we went to Verizon after talking to apple they told us it was defective to return and exchange it. The door greeter was horrible and was rude to EVERYONE he seen. Finally when we were seen we where helped by Jarvis. Jarvis was the rudest and most hateful person I have ever dealt with since I have been with Verizon. He first snatched the tablet from my wife’s hand and asked what was wrong. After we told him , he proceeded to take the valet out of the case and couldn’t get it so aggressively handed my wife back her tablet and told her to take off the case. Once he seen what the problem was, he asked for a receipt and automatically assumed we wanted to return instead of exchanging it. So he did the transaction and when we asked why he isn’t exchanging it he very rudely told us because he didn’t have it in stock and went and got our receipt. We asked him when the money would be back on the card he told us (while he was walking away) “a couple of days like anything else”. This is about to cause me to switch services and never spend another dime with Verizon. Jarvis was mad because we were not purchasing anything for him to get commission . If that is how you treat customers you need to find another job because sales isn’t for you.

My reasons for going into a brick and mortar, versus talking to someone on the phone were to be able to ask questions. Well, I guess times have changed, and that is no longer the case anymore.Not only were we on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes of our appointment, but we also were rushed to make decisions without our questions being thoroughly answered. Hence, I am going to look for a different cell phone company to give my business to. BTW, I have been a customer for well over 7 years.

This Verizon was easily the best Verizon I’ve been to in a long time. I had problems with my SIM card and have been to two other locations over the last couple days that gave me the runaround. This Verizon location had the manager up front directing customers and staying completely organized. Our associate, Kyle, was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the situation. Super happy with the customer service and fast fix!

Great customer service. The wait was a little long so make sure you have some time if there is a wait. Once it was our turn though the service was quick and painless. Very attractive store setup. There's basically something for everyone.

Since when did Verizon become “self-service”? I just wanted to talk to someone about my options on switching phone plans and I had to call a number to figure that out. I’m not usually one to hate on self checkout type of stuff, but I literally just wanted to talk to someone to see my options. Can’t do that at this location.

Looks nice up front, disappointment followingBusiness is nice, clean, and organized. Staff are friendly, but that'd where the second star comes from.The missing 3 stars come from what turns out to be a best case uninformed or misleading sales team, and worst case a lying sales team.I frequent upgrade phones every 9-12 months and wad switching from ATT. Was told that the trade in would apply entire discounted price to the phone for payoff. Not that it would apply a monthly credit, in which i would lose all remaining credits/benefits. This is essentially throwing money away for me, and hugely disappointed. I will be switching back to ATT because Verizon is unable or unwilling to assist with the issue.If you do business here, make sure you do your own research on top of what you're told! You may he surprised.
