After sitting at the drive through window without being acknowledged for a while I went in. I asked that lady if it was so hard for her to acknowledge us. (I don’t know if she’s a pharmacist or technician), but she was rude, she rolled her eyes while telling me that she was busy with other customers. Then she refused to give me my medicine because she did not like the way I was talking to her. She also told me that she was nice to me and she didn’t cost me out. This lady has no idea about saying “killing with kindness” and the customer service. You will be better off to go get your prescription medicine elsewhere.

We visit this store regularly because of the products, prices and service. Yesterday, I was there looking for a specific item and had trouble locating it. A very pleasant young lady who was stocking the shelves noticed my dilemma and immediately offered her assistance. She walked with me to the product. It's the type of service rather rare today. She was helpful, very pleasant and thanked me for shopping at the store.

Have not been to Walgreens in a long time. Services have gone WAY downhill. Pulled in to pick up an ER script (antibiotics & steroid cream) that was called in yesterday. After sitting in line behind the 1 car in front of me for 30 mins, they finally tell her to go around back to the line and after calling to confirm my rx was ready, the lady comes to the window and says yes it’s ready, walks away and doesn’t return. Her food appears thru the door from DoorDash, she grabs it and just left. Cars piling up now, the next lady comes to the window and asks for all my info again and says, your script isnt ready yet. WTH?! 60 mins for nothing. Now I have to return in an hour? Come on folks, do better! I know y’all have more sense than this.

Business Card Printing Needs More Care and Precision
As someone who frequently helps others create business cards, Walgreens has long been my go-to recommendation for quick, same-day printing—especially when cards are needed for last-minute events or meetings.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the last three sets of business cards have been disappointing. The prints were noticeably crooked, with misaligned cuts and visible white edges. While I understand Walgreens isn’t a high-end print shop, even basic business cards should be handled with care—especially because they represent not only the business listed on the card but also Walgreens as the provider.
I want to kindly suggest that greater attention be given to the printing and cutting process. Business cards are a reflection of someone's professional identity, and even when they're used as a temporary solution, customers deserve clean, properly aligned prints.
Walgreens has always been a convenient and reliable option, but due to the recurring quality issues, I’m now exploring alternative locations for quick-turnaround business card printing. I truly hope this feedback leads to improvements in the process so that I—and others—can continue to rely on Walgreens for this service.

Them people who are working in the pharmacy is rude and has zero customers service skills I missed going to the one in Midland I only go to the one I am now because it's by my house and I have no car they don't have to be nasty for no reason

This has got to be the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered in the pharmacy. Brianna(the wannabe manager) is the RUDEST.One more time to point your finger in my face!! What has happened to this pharmacy?? POOR MANAGEMENT thats your answer..I've had another tech try to snatch my pain meds out of my hands that were already bagged and counted and rang up!! Always on hold on phone up to over an hour..and their not even busy. And the ever popular your meds will be ready at such and such time you get there and not ready. This job is not for everyone. WALGREENS NEEDS TO GET THIS PHAMACY TOGETHER. I've never had any issues with any other Walgreens in columbus but this one. ?

I do NOT recommend the pharmacy at this location. There was one pharmacist who was knowledgeable and seemed to care about patients, but I was told he was leaving. The other pharmacists I have encountered here are a nightmare. There is so much turnover with the techs that it seems like they never know how to handle situations.
On the other hand, the staff in the actual store are so sweet and helpful. They do great with online orders and always seem to be working hard. I love visiting this location for merchandise.

This pharmacy is horrible. These people can't get it together. They keep you on hold when you call. Today I played the.on hold game w.the pharmacy from 9 am to 11 am . Finally called the manager and she promised that my scripts would be ready at noon. What a lie. Drove there they said it would be another hour.

I pulled in thru the pharmacy pickup and told the employee I had four prescriptions and one would be in the refrigerator. Thinking my saying this might save time since a few times they were unable to locate the prescription. The girl snapped back at me and said. "I know, I went to school" I asked for her name and she said Nae and then sharply spelt it to me. Think I will go in from now on.
