Walgreens is a pharmacy with a long history, remembered fondly from past decades for its good prices. Currently, some locations provide friendly and amazing customer service, with helpful and gracious staff who know their patients. Service can be timely, and some employees are recognized for going above and beyond, offering coupons and kind assistance. However, since absorbing another pharmacy's customers, some locations are super overwhelmed. They are often out of prescription medications and the lines are long and slow moving. Employees can appear rushed and sometimes snippy due to the pressure. Contacting the pharmacy by phone takes forever, if they answer at all. Experiences can vary, with some customers receiving exceptional help while others face challenges.
My visit was met with a friendly customer service from my entrance into the store until I departed. I picked up medication in a very reasonable and timely manner. I’m happy to have this service so close to my home.

I love my Walgreens they are always so helpful and I love the deals I'm able to get every week!

I have a Savings Card for medication that I take. It saves me $15 after my insurance pays. There is a process that has to be done at the Pharmacy(SDL). Tameka is always nice and knows what I need. I appreciate her smile each month too.
