Came to bring Elderly Cousin to Walgreens at this location Drive Thru Pharmacy only to be greeted with a sign saying Drive Tru Broken come inside. Closed our Area Walgreens Buena Vista rd. She had a stroke can't hardly walk. Bad BUSSINESS..

Since they absorbed the closed WinnDixie pharmacy's customers, they are super overwhelmed. They are always out of prescription medications and the lines are long and slow moving. Witnessed two employees so rushed they bumped into one another while scrambling. Sometimes employees are snippy because if this. It takes forever if you have to call them for questions, if they even answer the call at all.

Literally every negative comment on here is one hundred percent accurate: other then one girl who works here she’s awesome but every other person that works here has zero empathy or compassion for you and they treat you like a drug addict when your literally trying to get prescriptions lol this place should be shut down

Very slow and unprofessional, they tell you your prescription a be ready in 30 minutes, 4 hours later and they’re telling you the same exact thing.

I've watch Walgreens change throughout my life. My first time in a Walgreens was in downtown Columbus, Georgia. It was located down some stairs. I felt as if I was visiting a secret room. I was 6 years old and I remember it was a Sunday because we went after church. My mom said she loves the store because it has good prices. That was back in 1982. Now that Walgreens is no longer downtown, but there are a few in other parts of the city.

This is the WORST walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to, and we have moved all over the US. You never get assistance quicker than 45 mins even when you have been bombarded with calls and texts that your medicine is ready. The drive through, DOESN'T move, people park and eat their food and instead of moving them through for the people who are ready they allow them to sit. Absolutely terrible. Going to be switching to CVS at least they have customer service!!!

Workers are incredibly rude and slow. They seem to forget that customers are sick and hurting, not just a burden to make their days harder.

Never had a worse pharmacy experience. Expect to have to make phone calls to you doc, your insurance, wait at least a week and then come back to the pharmacy 2-4 times before you can get your prescription.

I called the pharmacy to enquirer about emergency meds while I was visiting from out of town. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, a woman picked up, told me to “hold on” and put me back on hold. 10 minutes later the system disconnected me. Lousy.

Me'sha in the Pharmacy department was horrible. she never greeted me, she left me in the drive -thur area for a couple of minutes still didn't acknowledge me. I just felt like there was know customer service whatsoever.She eeds to learn how to treat all customers with respect.because that was unacceptable.

My visit was met with a friendly customer service from my entrance into the store until I departed. I picked up medication in a very reasonable and timely manner. I’m happy to have this service so close to my home.
