I wish I could do no stars I wouldn’t even give that. The pharmacy tech Sookie is the worse and has a bad attitude.

If I could give this location a zero I would. Especially with employees like Dawn the pharmacist and the counter help Sookie. Very biased and cant explain nothing except they are always right and they think the doctors are wrong. You work for a pharmacy y'all aren't doctors.

I never had so many issues with prescriptions until moving to this location. One prescription was only half way filled but claimed to be completely filled; and, two of my prescriptions have been put on "Action needed - call pharmacy". I have been calling the pharmacy for days and haven't been able to speak to anyone. It's very frustrating.

Zero ⭐️’ The staff and the pharmacist Tambo is rude want to know how a place is ran you look at management my prescription was put in with them 12 pm Tuesday they purposely didn’t start the process of filling my order until 7:51 pm that’s so I wouldn’t have my prescription until Friday they are professional once my prescription is filled I will never enter that store again

Sat on hold for 45 mins before being able to reach someone (they kept picking it up and putting it back on hold) just for them to say they close in 30 mins and my prescription sent over by urgent care wouldn’t be filled until tomorrow. After stating that’s why I had been trying to get ahold of them and with some reluctance it was filled. I get to the store thinking there might be a line and there was absolutely no other customers there. The pharmacist was complaining about the phone ringing while I was waiting for my prescription.. perhaps if you just picked up the phone, people wouldn’t have to call repeatedly to get assistance. Transfer your scripts elsewhere if you can.

My mom, who is 95 and walks with a rollator walker went there today to get her flu shot and after parking and getting in the store by herself was told they didn’t have time to give her the flu shot today.

Today I received two phone texts: 1 that my prescription was ready for pick up, and 2) Asking if I still planned to pick it up—& if so, to reply “Yes.” I replied “Yes,” drove to the store, waited in the pharmacy line, & confirmed my ID. Then the pharmacist told me that I couldn’t pick up the prescription until tomorrow. I asked him why I had received the text saying that it was ready for pick up today. He said, “I sent you that text to see if you still wanted it, because if you didn’t, I would return it to stock.” I told him that I still wanted it, which was why I was there to pick it up. He said, “You cannot pick it up today. You come back tomorrow.” He was rude. The staff and techs are nice, but they are under-staffed and over worked at this store. The pharmacist today (named Tamba) was a poor communicator. He gave me misleading information and no reasonable explanation.

Very rude pharmacist when trying to call in a prescription for a patient. I would not recommend, or train your staff better to deal with human beings.

This particular Pharmacy Sucks; and Wynnton Road wasn't any better before they closed. When this location do answer the phone, They will hang up the phone in your face; very unprofessional. Do we have any decent professional Pharmacies in Columbus???

I have a Savings Card for medication that I take. It saves me $15 after my insurance pays. There is a process that has to be done at the Pharmacy(SDL). Tameka is always nice and knows what I need. I appreciate her smile each month too.

I would like to recognize a young lady in the pharmacy today. I am not sure of her name. I ask her about a medication that I couldn’t afford to get at the time was it available. She then said hold and gave me a coupon to use. This helped with today medication and the future one from December I very well needed thanks. I didn’t get the same treatment back in December it was cash or insurance or get nothing.

This is the slowest and most uncaring pharmacy. They used to be friendly and efficient but lately they have been horrible. I was told my prescriptions would be ready in 1 hour. 1.5 hours later and they still are not ready. This is my last time using Walgreen's pharmacy.
