There pharmacy is very slow. All other Walgreens pharmacies prepares your medications in a timely matter. I don't really no what the problem is but if they need help they need to hire reliable people to help. One day they had a big sign in the drive thru window no Pharmacist on duty. Only on Buena Vista Rd. Walgreens. Hire some help and pay people their worth and they want mind coming to their jobs in the meantime the elderly patients suffer because their either waiting on their medications for hours or have to go to another Pharmacy that's not close to their home. It's been like this for a while and now it's getting worse. Walgreens do better

I Got there at 210 after we recieved a message telling us our prescription was ready for pickup. The sign posted on their drive through and indoor pharmacy said they'd be back at 230 after their lunch, so I figured I'd wait in my car, driving up to the drive through window at 230.At 230 someone behind the closed windows was walking around but no one opened up the pharmacy until 236 (only 6 min late but come on). After opening the windows, the single person in the pharmacy did not acknowledge any of the customers waiting in the now long line or in the drive through. At 240 she finally opened the window said sorry, we'll be right with you. @245 she finally took my order but then told me my order actually hadn't been filled (despite the email saying otherwise) and asked if I could come back the next day.I told her I'd been waiting for almost 45 min and had a flight later that night- she asked me to come in and she'd try to help out.When I approached the counter inside, I noticed the rest of the employees had finally returned and there were now 3 women behind the counter and I walked up just in time to hear one of them telling the lady helping me, "I'm not going to help and if I were you I wouldn't help him at all, is he doing anything for you? No? Then I wouldn't do anything extra for him".This coming from the lady that had already arrived almost 15 min later than their posted hours.I never post reviews because I just don't care enough, but this experience was by far the worst I've had at any pharmacy. The post pharmacy has made me wait for 90 min plus before, but at least they were cordial to the waiting customers. This pharmacy was by far the worst I've ever been to and I would recommend driving 10 15 min elsewhere to pick up any prescription.
