Very unprofessional…. I went in to buy a charger and an older, bigger woman with her hair up really showed that discrimination is real… accused us of stealing for absolutely no reason other than our comfortable clothes and skin color. i made it clear i didnt steal and was still accused and given attitude as if im a thief.. highly unprofessional and you should really rethink who you guys hire. seriously.

Them people who are working in the pharmacy is rude and has zero customers service skills I missed going to the one in Midland I only go to this one now because it's by my house and I have no car they don't have to be nasty for no reason

The most u professional conduct from a paharmacist and techs
Reportable neglect endangering patients health
And denial off service they denied kybitescriptuons even fir a short term loaner this is criminal behavior and the paharmacist no better than the rude techs they should be all fired for negligence
Too rude and too dangerous very rude and I don’t care attitude no conscience or work ethics whatsoever
Address any concerns to walgreen and Georgia board of pharmacy
Other location are way way better more courteous and polite avoid this pharmacy

For the second time in one month this Walgreens pharmacy simply could find my prescriptions that they had already text me and told me they received them and were working on them! I have had with Walgreens!

I do NOT recommend the pharmacy at this location. There was one pharmacist who was knowledgeable and seemed to care about patients, but I was told he was leaving. The other pharmacists I have encountered here are a nightmare. There is so much turnover with the techs that it seems like they never know how to handle situations.
On the other hand, the staff in the actual store are so sweet and helpful. They do great with online orders and always seem to be working hard. I love visiting this location for merchandise.

This pharmacy is horrible. These people can't get it together. They keep you on hold when you call. Today I played the.on hold game w.the pharmacy from 9 am to 11 am . Finally called the manager and she promised that my scripts would be ready at noon. What a lie. Drove there they said it would be another hour.

I pulled in thru the pharmacy pickup and told the employee I had four prescriptions and one would be in the refrigerator. Thinking my saying this might save time since a few times they were unable to locate the prescription. The girl snapped back at me and said. "I know, I went to school" I asked for her name and she said Nae and then sharply spelt it to me. Think I will go in from now on.

IT WAS GOOD. WHEN I DROPPED MY PRESCRIPTION OFF THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK CARE OF ME WAS NOT FRIENDLY OR COURTEOUS AT ALL. SHE LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THIS WAS ON 2-12-24 BACK IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT THE TIME WAS APPROXIMATELY 1:45 p.m. THE LIL LIGHT SKINNED GAL. I AM COLORED MYSELF 🙏🏾🤗

Been doing business with Walgreens for 15 years and always had good service but never thought this Walgreens would be any different but it was horrible service and out of the meds I needed.dont recommend this Walgreens
