A guy in front of me at the register was struggling with the chip card slot while trying to pay and instead of the cashier helping him she just kept passive aggressively saying “so what’s the problem” “what’s the problem”. He even asked if she was okay today and her response was “yup. Gotta be like that..”. Same customer service as the McDonald’s down the street

This is a great little Walgreens they got everything that you need a lot of stuff is 50% off on the regular and they have a pharmacy with a drive-thru. They're also synced up with LabCorp so I'm sure you could do your analysis and what not for your job come here it's a nice little Walgreens. Oh and I checked in the hours are correct if there are hours for federal holidays you might want to call ahead

If you need prescriptions filled here, I highly suggest against it. Yesterday after my doctor’s appointment, I stood for 45 minutes in line. Not too bad considering how busy it was. I got up to the front and they asked which items I needed now. I stated the three I needed immediately and would come back for the rest at another time. They called my name over the intercom, and nobody told me I could go straight to the front. I waited in line again for another 45 minutes only to find out they filled the wrong ones. They told me I would have to wait another 2 hours because there were people in front of me. It was already close to 7pm. I asked them to put all the filled medication back and I would have Publix get them transferred. This morning, I contacted Publix and they only got a few of the prescriptions. I walked into Walgreens and the pharmacist told me the lady yesterday accidentally deleted my other prescriptions. It is a Friday and my doctor’s office closed at 11, so it’s too late to call them. I will be without my medicine over the weekend and possibly 48 hours after I call my doctor’s office Monday. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are not trustworthy at all.

We've been using this Walgreens for over 10 years for prescriptions and retail purchases. For the last 2 years, we have also been using clinic services for annual wellness checks (required by our health insurance to receive discounts on our premiums). Clinic visits have been quick and efficient with knowledgeable staff. At times, the drive through is a bit of a long wait and, closing the pharmacy during the middle of the day has been a change that we have had to become accustom to but, overall, my experience with this location has been consistent and positive. And I feel confident that our family will be visiting this same location for the next 10 years.

This review is for our visit on November 9th, 2024, around 7:25 p.m. at this store, 7869 VETERANS PKWY, COLUMBUS, GA 31909. My son and I headed to the counter to check out the medication, but no staff was present. We were the only customers in the store at the time. We saw two black female employees in the photo section, so we headed there. They saw us standing at the photo counter but did not mind asking us anything. They looked at us but turned around and kept their conversation. We were patient and waited about 5 minutes; then the older lady told us to wait for her to fix the photo machine. The younger staff did not even care about us. However, when another customer walked into the store, this young lady went out and greeted her. I wonder if these employees have their racism issues or if they do not need my business. This store has cameras that can help the manger/ director to see what happened. Please fix the problem and improve customer service. Everyone needs to respect others and be respected, too.

Please restock the gift wrap section. I went yesterday to the location on the corner of Williams & Moon and it was the most scarce selection of any drugstore I’ve seen. Like 3 packs of tissue paper, and multiple empty racks. Do better.

Every time I come to the pharmacy here I regret it. They take so long and are not upfront about true wait times. They stated 15 mins if I come inside, so I did, and it’s now been over an hour. I drive to U Save it in Pine Mountain and it’s usually faster with the drive.

I went there to make passport pictures, I had to wait for about 4 minutes for my picture, to be taken while the TECHNICIAN talk to another associate and stood in fron of a computer. Finally she took my pic. then she ask for my personal data such as; name, address, email address, and phone number. ( information that she didn't need at all.
Then told me to wait for another 5 minutes.
I waited more than ... while she did other task ignoring ? me and that fact that I had been waiting more than 5 minutes for the pictures.
While I was waiting, standing in pain because of my many health issues My husband happened to call me from the Walgreens at Midland, he too had his passport pictures done in less than 5 minutes,. No information was requested from my husband. so, I left and drove to Midland, and sure enough, in about 5 minutes my pictures were done and I was on my way home. And again no information was needed to get passport photos.
I will avoid going to this walgreens, because of bad customer service. ? and because of the gathering g of information under false pretense.

Pharmacy tech not only hung up on me twice, was extremely rude but flat out lied to me about 'being able to see into all pharmacies systems'. Switching back to CVS

Take off work and clear your schedule if it has anything to do with the pharmacy. Extremely long wait times from picking up medicines to flu test.

Pharmacy is extremely slow!! They have a lot of help but.... Just coming from the ER for a serious situation. Informed the pharmacist when asked for my name-- just coming from ER -- Hughston Clinic called in prescriptions. I was informed the prescriptions were not ready. I said I had to wait. After an hour and 15 minutes-- prescriptions were finally ready. No attempt to expedite things. Other pharmacies have expedited for apparent, suffering patrons just to get people some relief! Especially since we were from out of town. Observing others coming in for routine refills-- things aren't much different for others. Very sad. It's a busy place (the outdoor drive up was 8 deep upon our arrival) and obviously they do not care if you go some place else to get your prescriptions filled.
