This evening my wife made a order . So after being two hour's late the member of management she talked to said well you won't be getting your order so you SOL and maybe you will get it tomorrow. So now he's still on the phone telling my wife he won't be transferring her to a supervisor that's not his job . The store doesn't answer the phone ever. If they do the person knows nothing about anything . And now we have to wait for our money back . I see now walmart doesn't care anything about disabled customer's.

What ever you do don’t work here they have a 5 point system that will make sure you get fired if you actually have a life don’t work here if you have kids don’t work here Walmart does not care about there workers or your family night shift management sucks and even those people don’t know how to do there own job or train when I first started here no one trained me at but expected me to have 4 pallets put up even though I hadn’t been there that long and had to use my own phone for the job and even wrote me up for it I’m warning you don’t work here

It took me a total of 3 visits, just to order my custom cake. Each visit I was told something different on whether the design could be done or not. I had an exact picture that I left with very clear instructions. I was told the face image could not be duplicated, so a picture of my daughter was left. The design on the cake turned out horrible! No one informed that I should order a larger cake to get a better look, which I would have easily done. No afro should look like this!

Fun waiting for over an hour for grocery pickup because no one wanted to come out in the rain. Then have the employee throw everything into my trunk because she was upset about having to come out. Thanks!

the guys in the deli are playing around and bullshitting instead of making sure fresh food is out there and freshly cooked. I stood there bout 5 minutes waiting for service before i was acknowledged. I was told bout 15, 20 minutes ago that ranch wings would be ready in about 22 minutes. walked around, made a purchase, go move my car closer and come back in. now I'm told that it's gonna be 20 minutes before they're ready. this was a complete waste of my time and gas coming from fort benning.

Great Service....ppl will find anything to complain about......they fix your food right in front of you!! But being in customer service for over 15 years and 8 of tghose as a manger,. customers will lie to you and on you!!!! They are NOT always right, ppl will do anything in their power to try to get a discount or something for free!!!
