Gateway Walmart pharmacy employee are ALL rude, VERY unprofessional and have NO patients! The dark skin girl with dreads definitely need to find another job, helping people is not for her! I will definitely be changing my pharmacy location!!!

I just wanted to share my experience regarding this pharmacy. I don’t live in Columbus but use this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. Last Saturday I had to work and afterwards flew to town hoping to pickup my prescription. I ended up being 1 minute late and the pharmacy had closed. I knocked on the glass door and got the attention of the pharmacist. She was a female and I cannot express my gratitude enough for her opening back up the pharmacy long enough for me to get my prescription. She could have easily stated sorry we are closed and the majority would have said that. But not this lady. If it was up to me she would have a little extra in her next paycheck. Too bad you can’t give a 10 star review because it would without doubt be a worry rating. Thank you ma’am!!!

Just came from your pharmacy. The attitude of your pharmacy techs is rather disturbing. I went to add my insurance to my meds. The attendant says to me, "it's still just $10." Do I need for an employee of the pharmacy to tell me that? Was she trying to relay a message to me that using my insurance was unimportant? I don't need for anyone to question the reason I have for using MY insurance for MY meds. In my decades of using pharmacies, NO one has ever said that to me. I don't and others don't care what your opinion is. Keep it to yourself, PLEEZ! Then I had to go back to the other register to get my prescription and that attendant had an attitude. She told the other attendant, "I hate it when people are mad and upset." The other person said back to her, "who?" She replied, "I don't know." Really???? As if I didn't hear a word. She intended for me to hear it! Hey y'all, grow up and become REAL women! Just grow up and do your jobs. I bet y'all complain about your jobs when you go on breaks together and so on and so on..... Just remember, the customers are the ones that pay your checks.

This place has awful service. Trying to get my medicine and Walgreens and Walmart were arguing over who needs to call who to transfer a prescription so we finally got it transferred to Walmart’s pharmacy ... we go to get the prescription after they said it would be ready the next day and appearently they “lost” it. Horrible and slow service!

I have been getting my prescriptions here since this store opened. The last year or so I have not been terribly impressed with their service, but it seemed too much trouble to switch. Yesterday, I went in to pick up 2 prescriptions that I was told were ready for pickup. I get there at 11:00 am. The entire pharmacy dept. was shut down. Nobody could get their prescriptions. Nobody in Walmart was in the dept. to try and explain anything to anyone. The kind gentlemen at the doors said no one would tell them anything but it appeared the entire pharmacy staff had called in "sick." Well, I was not completely out of my meds, but there were people who desperately need theirs for various conditions. I am still angry about this . I will never do business there again. And because their system was down, I couldn't even transfer my account. Inexcusable. My insurance had already paid them and I couldn't get it.

Let me preface by saying the young gentleman answering the phone on 6/3/20 at 9 p.m. for the delivery line has the patience of an angel. He was very accommodating and helpful despite the bad experience overall. He deserves a raise to be putting out everyone else’s fires with such a positive attitude.By far the most unorganized, poorly stocked Walmart in Columbus. I haven’t had many good experiences in there. Did a delivery order today. It was supposed to be delivered between 6-7. Here we are at 9 pm, and I had to reach out to Walmart online for assistance. No one called or explained anything. Nothing. The last few times we have ordered delivery it hasn’t ever been correct. We are always missing our items and have other items that aren’t ours there. It’s such a huge pain, and we paid $99 for the delivery unlimited that we can’t get back ??

Penny was probably the rudest person Ive ever encountered in the history of being alive! Ive never felt some uncomfortable and her customer service skills do not even exist. Her treatment towards me as a ill customer trying to pick up a prescription was honestly mind blowing. Her attitude and demeaner to me was NOT ok and I I I personally feel like she should NOT be dealing with customers face to face.
