- got an oil change (can’t complain I got what I paid for)
- can complain that the plastic covering the stuff on the bottom of my car was broken (long ago, my fault) and I had it ziptied to stay up (it flaps when im driving) they left plastic cover half off and stole my zip ties 💔💔

Disgusting staff with horrible attitudes, I was just trying to use self check when some lady came over and started accusing us of stealing cause we had stuff in bags already. And then when I told I had everything under control she went over to the customer service desk and said "You gotta watch out for those kinds of people, they like to steal." What is that supposed to mean.

They never answer their phone - I have tried all their extensions- they keep ringing and then hang up on you. This has happened on multiple occasions. Once again today I was charged for 2 coffee makers instead of the one I purchased. Unable to talk with anyone, much less a manager to rectify the problem. Hopefully, when I return in a couple days, there won’t be an issue! Unfortunately, I don’t have time to run back up there before then - hence trying to call them! Sad!

I was shopping at the Walmart on Airport Thur-way in Columbus, Ga at the self checkout around 6:30 pm.
One of the product I scanned was the wrong price. The young lady came over to check then she went to get a manager to assist.
The manager was walking from customer service and the young lady called her over to assist. The look on her face was showing disgust. The manager never acknowledged me or came over to see which product that I was having a problem with. As she was talking with the guy from the door who also work there, she walked pass by me. She went to were the plastic containers. Still at this time not knowing which product I have. While still engaging with the guy from the front door when I walked up, she still didn't acknowledge me. I begin to look for the product I had then said to her, it must have came from right here. She proceeded to tell me, it couldn't be, when I scanned it there's a blue lid. I said okay but why are all the others in this section red. With her disrespectful demeanor, she said well since I don't have one here to compare it with, I can only give you ten percent off. It was never about anything off, I just wanted to pay the price on the sticker. I asked if I could speak with a manager she said you're speaking with me. I said another one. Then she proceeds to walk away. I'm asking her for her name as she was walking away, she never faced me or stop so that I could understand what she was saying. This girl is unprofessional and does not belong in leadership. Her name is Chevy.
I did report her to the other manager on duty. I felt unwanted there for the 1st time since I moved her three years ago. I've never had a bad experience until I had to deal with her. Please make sure she's not treating other customers with the disrespect and unprofessional behavior she showed me today.

Same as most Walmarts. Friendly employees. Update. Got stopped after I had already gone out the first door by an extremely rude employee yelling for other people to stop me because she didn't see my receipt. Way to make a paying customer feel like a thief. An employee should NEVER yell for other customers to stop someone. Blown away by how poor the store has become in the past few months. Going to shop elsewhere now.

After my walmart app let me know my groceries where ready, I check in, at the time I'm writing this review I am at the 45 min mark and still waiting for them to bring me my groceries. In that time frame over 5 different vehicles came and gone. This is why I will use the gateway walmart, this is unacceptable period.

Been a customer shopping here since 2017. They have everything that meets my needs. Customer service has been good. The employees have been nice and helpful. We continue to return.
