Doesn’t accept tap to pay, pays workers so poorly they’re the largest recipient of food stamps nationwide

Horrible customer service. Forget about someone answering the phone in auto service or even HR. I was only interested in making sure they had my correct tire size before I made the trip to purchase 5 truck tires. Tried calling on several different days with no answer.

I was profiled and followed around the store for buying a luggage set. I went to the store to get a new suitcase but I wanted to find my niece a gift while I was there. I went to the Electronics section to find a Karaoke machine and was asked multiple times if I needed help. The employee followed me to every aisle I went on. Then I went to the toys section and I saw another employee watching my every move. I decided I didn't want to get the gift anymore and went to the checkout line. After I paid for the luggage a manager approached me to "check out" what I bought. Saying "Oh is this all you bought? You got a great deal." Pathetic. I'm a paying customer who was treated like a criminal. Do better Walmart.

A bigger maximum security (customer abuse) store. As a consumer we need to stop these places abusing us. Don't shop at any store that treats you as you enter as a criminal. Reality is the criminals usually are the greedy companies like Walmart.

Worse walmart I've ever been to. Found 4 pairs of shoes in the clearance aisle of the shop department and they ranged from 5 to 10 dollars. They all were there on the floor TO SALE. I got to an employee to figure out what the prices are for these shoes since they were the only ones left and they were in the clearance section. I take it to C.S. and this lady gives me an attitude about how she can't sell me the shoes because ONE OF HER CO-WORKERS put these shoes on the floor and she claims they are online orders that were brought back and shouldn't have been on the floor and stated they couldn't sell them cause they not ringing up in their system. This makes no sense because how did they return it to you then if it's not in your system. So after all that she offered no apology, nothing for the inconvenience and literally took 3 out of 4 of my shoes. From me because I was going to take one to the register to double check because I don't believe she was telling then truth. Turns out she wasn't because I asked another employee and she came back and said to me(someone told her) and I quote "If she wants the shoes they are 65" and that was for one of the shoes, didnt tell me the prices of all". So basically they took shoes from me to probaly keep for themselves because how does something go from non-sellable to sellable in less then 2 minutes.

Scan and go was $187 but the price at the checkout was $201 both before tax. Royal purple oil was $33 on the shelf but $37 in scam and go. Walmart continues to scam us at every opportunity

My worse experience ever trying to get ANYONE to answer the phone at this location. Georgia is the worst state for business. Pitiful people

Look, I'm glad they added the self checkouts LOTS of them, but I'm going to need all of them open because when it gets busy in there, those lines be backed up.

It's just like any other Walmart. Nothing spectacular. Shop early to avoid the crowds.

My shopping experience was good. Somethings were a challenge to find especially after a Black Friday sale.
