Very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. I witnessed a lady turning in seemed to be lottery tickets and the young lady working at the customer center told her she didn't win anything. The lady went to the lottery scanner , scanned her ticket and said it says winner! I wonder how many people she has been telling, "no money on the ticket" when there was money. Associate and manager was very rude and didn't even let the customer speak just only listened to the associate. I called to inform management and was treated rudly and received very childish responses. Very disappointing will not be returning over how they treated the lady. Staff needs better training.

I have Walmart+. I was using Scan & Go and the older cashier at self-checkout came up and asked to see my phone to view all the items in my cart. I had my elderly mother with me and I had already scanned the QR code and was on my phone trying to select my payment method. It would not let me go back to show her the items until after I paid. She was standing over our cart telling me she needed to see it, and I told her I would after I paid for my items. I then showed her all of the items with the pictures and then she proceeds to tell me she has a sore throat. She was not wearing a mask and was all over the top of our cart. I was shocked. I understand having to show your receipt or them scanning it with their own scanner AFTER you’ve paid, but I’ve NEVER been asked to do it before I’ve paid and on my own phone at that. I would’ve just scanned the items myself at that point. Scan & Go has always had random security checks in place so I don’t understand their need to stand over you like that demanding the photos before you pay, especially when sick. Let the poor lady have a sick day so she doesn’t make every one else around her sick. The only reason for the extra star is because the only good thing about the store is the wonderful Pharmacy staff.

The pharmacists are a great group of people. Everyone is wonderful to deal with, and goes above and beyond expectations. Thank y’all so much for everything you’ve done.
The store employees are hit or miss. There’s some wonderful workers, but some are just rude. I’ve asked for help finding items, and before I could even finish asking a woman said we don’t have it. I told her the website must be wrong because it said in stock. She turned to another employee and said, “I can’t deal with this white boy”. Go figure when I found someone willing to help they had what I was looking for. I wonder how someone would feel if I said this black girl sucks at her job and I can’t deal with it. I’m very tired of people being allowed to be openly racist towards others and there’s no repercussions. Many people need a serious history lesson, and truth be told that should be grounds for termination. It’s absolutely a joke that customer service has turned in to this. She’s not intelligent enough to understand self check out, theft prevention machines, and online ordering will eliminate her job. When I said something to a manager, I was ensured that the woman had a bad day so it was acceptable. I promise you blockbuster employees wish they were better to customers.

Came to the store at 5:45 today and was turned away by someone at the front door saying they close at 6pm. If you close at 6pm then your doors should stay open until 6pm not 5:45. I get that it’s Christmas Eve but 6pm is 6pm not 5:45pm.

I was disappointed that my third visit to different walmarts did not have items I had been shopping for over the last 3 days...great value cottage cheese, zero calorie Gatorade ( except for red)

The employees actually greeted and smiled at me. They were friendly. Not like the other ones I go to

Your employees need to learn that they have a job to do and does not need to get an attitude when your self checkout doesn’t do right. We should not be forced to use self checkouts anyway

Well ringing up my own groceries and bagging them while the cashier just leans up against the pole next to her is the standard then I guess it was great.

Walmart is very convenient. You can order groceries online and pick them up - and be done with your shopping in minutes. It's great for those of us who can't tolerate large crowds or waits This is a cozy little shopping area with new stores.

I received spoiled milk during my last pickup order. Was unopened and wasn't due to expire until June 2. Now, I'm waiting to see if I have food poisoning due to the incompetence of whoever was working that day. Guess walmart scraps the bottom of the barrel to staff their stores. Even simple jobs are too much for some.
