I have been with them since 2018. I went online to make an appointment, then was called after by James Walker of the Macon rd Branch that the website was wrong and that he could help me just not right now. SO why would you call me, but says now he has a customer in front of him after calling me. I called the Milgen Rd branch and was told to go to UPS and pay for it. This is a free service for account holders, but I'm being told to go else where and pay. I was thinking of going to Navy Fed, and after this I will be closing my account. It was the lack of accountablility for me and disrepecting of my time.

Good workers. Some places do not allow people to put money in my account without being on the account (bank in PA). I used to deposit money in my mother's account without being on it.

Please people do not go to this bank . I just cash a check that was sent to me from my insurance agent. This was the bank the insurance agent has. I was closer to this bank so I decided to cash my check her other than my bank. I gave the lady my driver's license and she told me I needed another form of i.d.. I finally found my debit card which took awhile because I had to go back to my house. I came back to cash the check and she told me it would be seven dollars to cash it. Never again always Kinetic the don't charge you all that b.s. for greed.
