Horrible customer service. Kim was absolutely miserable to work with. I would work with any other bank before having to bank with people like Kim again.Immediately ask for another teller if you get partnered with her.

For personal reasons I ask the spanish authority to have my given name translated in my legal ID documents, 3 years ago. Back in 1964 the spanish dictator Franco prohibited foreign languages and Michel Dominique on my swiss birth certificate became Miguel Domingo for Spanish authority. The civil register witch is the legal authority to approve any ID change agree with me and they gave me a new ID card and passport with my translated name, now Michel Dominique.Branch Manager was extremely confrontational, condescending, and seemed to facilitate racially profiling practices. She was very unreasonable and unresponsive to my concerns. She offended me and insulted the spanish authority by saying that my passport is not a legal document and she wanted my birth certificate or court decision. She should go back to school or being trained better by Wells Fargo. At the same time she just insulted the US homeland security as they let me enter in the USA with an ilegal document, as per her. The agent at custom welcomes me as Miguel and I told him I was not anymore Miguel but Michel, it is not my first visit in the USA and I was Miguel in their files. He said no problem have a nice time in our country. Does she think that in Spain I could ask to have Ronald Mac Donald's as a given name. Sorry lady, a passport is A very serious international legal document proving your ID after been checked by the authority of your country (ministry of justice). So, I couldn't update my account info and I am not staying any longer to the US. Of course I will inform the General Consulate of Spain in Atlanta. By the way, the lady at the teller was extremely helpful and charming.

Utterly unhelpful. Wasted an Uber trip there and back because they had no appointments to set up a business account. I booked one and returned on the day with the documents they told me to bring. Mr Anthony strolls in at 1 on the dot and makes me wait nearly an hour doing god knows what, only to tell me that I needed a bill with my name on it. I wasn't told I needed them and didn't have them on hand, and he suggests I spend another $30 on Uber rides to go home and get one. Refused to accept any alternative or help me find another way. So far I'm out $60 because of WF. They lost my business that day.

Branch Manager was extremely confrontational, condescending, and seemed to facilitate racially profiling practices. She was very unreasonable and unresponsive to my concerns. I intend on pursuing my issues with this Branch Manager with the CFPB and the office of the Comproller of the Currency. I strongly recommend against using this particular Wells Fargo Bank Branch

I never had a problem with this location until one day I couldn’t get into my banking app and I had to go inside the bank. I spoke with a woman (I wish I would’ve gotten her name, I just know she sat to the right when you walk in) and she pulled up my account seeing that some activity happened on my account causing multiple accounts being opened and negative balances. The woman blamed me and told me there was nothing she could do because I owed the bank. I ended up speaking with corporate who investigated and proved that fraudulent activity happened with my account and I owed the bank NOTHING. I was very upset because I was treated like someone who had done something wrong when in fact I was a victim. Because of the woman’s nonchalant attitude and lack of empathy, I will never return to this location.

First of all I work for loomis...they need to worry about what goes on in the bank rather than tell us how to do out job...we follow policy that requires us to park a certain way to service atms...THE BANK HAS 2 ATMS COMMON SENSE SHOULD TELL THE PUBLIC IF YOU SEE AN ARMORED TRUCK BLOCKING THE WAY JIST SIMPLY GO TO THE NEXT ATM...DONT COME OUT THE BRANCH AND TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB WORRY ABOUT THE BANK DONT WORRY ABOUT LOOMIS.. YALL COMPLAIN TOO MUCH THE MANAGER NEED TO KNOW THAT AS WELL AS HER ASSOCIATES...LAST WARNING ⚠️

I have been a customer for over 20 years and never had any issues. Appointment made to make changes to my account and cards, all required documentation was provided and copies were made, advised changes made to accounts and cards. It has been a month and NO one can advise why I am still having issues.

I only use the ATM's at this branch, but it's kind of frustrating that a third of the time, if not both, at least one of the machines are down. Also, why don't they set the ATM up so you can withdraw money in any increment whether you wanna withdraw $3 or $300, you should be able to do that. Lastly, you should be given the option to choose what denominations you want your withdrawals to be.

After work today, l visited Wells Fargo on S Lumpkin Rd and Macon Rd. It was a waste of my time and energy. Both bank branches upsetted me. I already have an account with them and was trying to open another account with them. I was told to my face to make an appointment or open account online. These banks were open for business and it was after 4pm when I visited. They want your business but the service at both banks was a total disappointment. They need to done better!!!
