The one star review sounds like that was the reviewers problem. I have dealt with Wilson's Computer Repair twice now and both times the interactions were very professional and quick. Never had a problem from devices repaired, and charges have been fully explained. One of the better, honest repair services in Columbus.

Excellent affordable service, they have fixed my screen on the same phone now 3x and even gave me the matching Samsung Pen when we got a different color frame
