I know others have had good experiences with this company, but mine has been bottom of the barrel. I ordered a DS9 grip from them in October 2023. I still have yet to get it as of May 2024. The lead time said 12-16 weeks. We are now double that with no end in sight. They appear to be passing over customers who just bought grips in order to get full builds out the door (a buddy of mine who ordered a full gun long after I ordered my grips has his now).
They are apologetic, but it seems dishonest to not prioritize orders as they came in. I get the feeling they bit off way more than they can chew, and the lower spenders like me are basically getting put on indefinite wait while they hope we all cancel. I keep holding off because I expect them to do the right thing and send me what I paid for.
I am so thankful I never ordered a full open build with them like I was planning on. I will definitely look elsewhere and advise anyone who cares to listen to do the same.

I can’t say enough about this company. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I get it the wait time is brutal but well well worth it. Lisa stayed in touch with me the entire way with the absolute highest level of professionalism. The finished result is amazing and performed incredibly accurate. Truly excited to use this in a few weeks at the Carolina State Sectional Championship in the Limited Optics division. Thank you MPA

Purchased a DS9 pistol and it is extremely well made. I normally don't write reviews but I made a mistake in the ordering process and both Lisa and David couldn't have been nicer to deal with trying to fix my mistake. Fantastic firearms backed by fantastic customer service.

Over the last couple of years, I've purchased two MPA PMR Pro rifles, one in 6CM and the other in .308 Win. Both are excellent rifles, but the 6CM is exceptionally accurate. Yesterday it produced a 10-shot group of 2.3" (0.38 MOA) at 600 yds!!! Amazing! I have rifles costing several times as much as a PMR Pro, but none are more accurate. In my opinion, these are the highest accuracy-per-dollar rifles available.

I received my ds9 open and absolutely love it! Totally worth the wait. David and Lisa were extremely helpful in the build process and a delight to work with!! When I’m ready for my second open gun I will be ordering from them again without hesitation!!

I just ordered two DS 38 Super Comps. Ordering process has been an absolute pleasure. Lisa and David have been extremely responsive. Can’t wait to run these at AREA 2 in AZ this year. I will post pictures when I get them in hand.

Terrible customer service. Waited months for my order over the backorder estimated date. After saying I wanted to cancel my order, they said they could send it out this week. Why not do that in the first place? Do better MPA. You give American firearms manufacturers a bad name.
