My house is very nice and spacious. Rachel has been very professional and has helped me quickly with any issues I have had. I. ust moved here from New Orleans and an happy I was able to find affordable housing quickly thanks to Pridgen Enterprises.

Rachel is really awesome she’s extremely professional, understanding, and caring you can tell she works very hard to make sure you don’t just feel like another run of the mill random client but rather makes you feel welcome and as someone trying to find a home not just a business deal. Mr. Byron and Dalton is a tag team not to be reckond with they know their stuff and they helped me out so much with getting my trailer up to par to move in ready!! Keep them on the team Pridgen!!
Edit: I can't leave out the rest of the team I'm sorry guys. 1st Mrs Rachel is a blessing she too the time to show me 2 homes and made sure I got the one I wanted she's very helpful I call and text her so much we are new friends.
The lady and the guy at the office I never met them but their both always so pleasant respectful and helpful.

I've finally had a chance to sit down and complete this review. Pridgen Enterprises understands the economy is setup to get rich very quickly from real estate. But that's not their goal. They want to provide affordable living, reaching a targeted audience, while still maintaining equity in their properties. Where I live is something I would expect to find at home in Mississippi but out here in Georgia, I am paying cheaper than I was in Texas! Thanks to the team at Pridgen!!! Rachel really has the same mindset I have about living standards so it made my pre-lease walk through reallllly easy. Rachel definitely made me feel like I made the right choice. I also met another guy (I can't remember his name) but he gave me my initial walk through and even he made me feel comfortable. Every time I call the office regardless of how many times I call, the receptionist is always sweet, polite, and helpful. She tries to handle my questions on her own without sending me through a bunch of loops. Thank you Pridgen Enterprises, it looks like I'm in it for the long haul here and I've been blessed to do it with some amazing people. Thank you

I explained I will moved out in the 31st and have an appointment with them to see a house for rent .So I called several times to make sure i still interested, they also take my phone number to follow up.In the 31st they cannot wait to tell me they already rented the property.this is really unserious about what they saying,they can cause a really high consequences in people life,by saying something and go with others.
So ,if they keep that way, they will increase people living in the streets.
