I could not ever get propane delivered. I was left in the cold for the month of January last year which was the coldest month of the year. I need someone to come pick up the propane tank. The tank leaked and they blamed it on my furnace and they blamed it on my propane stove. Neither one of those items have a propane leak. It was their tank that was leaking and they expected me to pay for two tanks of propane which leaked into the atmosphere. One of the worst services I have ever had. They do not do what they say they are going to do, but they are quick to charge you.

You cannot actually speak to anyone local, but must use a ridiculous call center that is not based in the US. It's the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

My experience has been subpar to actually be nice. We had to run out of propane in order to get a refill, in which that is supposed to be automatic. Called to put in an emergency order and explained the severity, still not getting someone until two more days later to fill my tank. This caused my 7 month old baby to become sick, hospitalized and just over feeling ill after weeks as those were some of the coldest nights in Georgia where we had NO heat!

We ordered gas in January. You committed to deliver no later than Feb 6. When you did not deliver by that date, we got gas elsewhere and called you to cancel order. The Amerigas Rep we spoke with said he cancelled our order and our account. On Feb 11, you delivered gas to an order (and account) that was cancelled. That’s highly unethical and poor service.

When you call you can't speak to anyone local and there is always an issue not understanding the customer service rep. You are told that the delivery will be on a certain day but it always takes longer. On average 2-3 weeks which is terrible. By far one of the worst vendors we are stuck with.

Disgusting customer service. Paid for a tank installation and fill. Never showed they canceled twice and then told me it would be another week. Summer lacked etiquette & customer service skills. No assistance whatsoever.

Twice in a month you missed the estimated delivery window. I had to upgrade the orders to “Urgent” both times. The first time you delivered the next day but the second time took two more days. Both were ordered at 30% as suggested and your estimates of tank level have always been wrong. Your price is higher than everyone else. Fix this or I am changing providers. Your driver was courteous. He did not criticize the company.

You don't want to get me started! The amount of gas they claim to have delivered is not the amount of gas actually delivered. This company is terrible. False advertising, terrible customer service, and crooked practices in delivery of product! We are done. I plan on using your company as an example of which service to NOT ever use for gas.

Your prices are too high. Double others in the area. Your customer service is atrocious and that is putting it mildly. Your delivery dates are not accurate. Your company is AWFUL. If I had an other company that serviced my area I would switch. I am being held hostage by Amerigas.
