I want to give a special shout out to Julian at the Commerce location. He was able to assist us with our home internet. Very professional, super friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. We usually have issues with representatives not understanding what we need, but he was able to help us. Thank you Julian.

Micheal & his manager both don’t know what they are doing, and only trying to make a sell! They will both lie to your face and tell you your phones paid off, just so you think you can get a new one. 2 days after purchasing my new phone, I’m being told on the phone by corporate that I still owe a ridiculous amount of money on my old phone, after being told multiple times in the store “your phone is paid off.” His manager set beside him and even helped me set my phone up, so both of them are in the wrong. He did not go over anything with me and half the things he said, was a complete lie. Not once did he pull up anything on a computer telling me I’d be paying for two phones. I advise anyone to not go to this store, and better yet don’t use AT&T.

My phone died and I needed to replace it, I have everything on my phone. I was upset when I came in and Bruce made me feel comfortable and handled all of my concerns while we figured out what phone I needed. He was amazing and the whole store was clean, organized, and everyone was so cheerful. Thanks Bruce!

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store! Manager Michael was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions. Associates Michael and Bruce were also fantastic—helping with setup and making sure everything was working perfectly. The whole team made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this store for great customer service and expert assistance!
