I needed to finally address the issues of the "hemi tic" after two years of hearing that annoying sound. After some extensive research I started checking with garages in the area...talking and getting a feel about the services offered by these garages.
After talking with Steven at Lord's my decision was clear. Steven and I were on the same page on several topics...exhaust leak and Dorman manifolds and bolts.
Excellent work was done when expected...and price was as quoted...lower than I expected.
Steven provides quality work and service at an affordable price...plus he's great to talk to...friendly, courteous, and maid me feel comfortable with my decision to have him perform the work needed.

Dropped off at Westmoreland's and Doug would call me with an estimate and explains each issue, why it happens and different opinions to repair or replace. Not only did they finish the job early, but the the final bill is was $200 cheaper than the estimate. My car drives smoother than ever and the brakes are incredible. Zero shake on the steering wheel and stops so quietly and smoothly. My car is 13 years old and rides like a luxury sedan. Thank you for the incredible service from our initial phone call until the bill was paid.”

If I could give 10 stars I would! We were in Commerce headed to our daughter’s volleyball match when we noticed one of our tires was low (after filling it the night before). A quick Google search led us just 0.6 miles away to Pritchett Tire. They were closing in 15 minutes, and we were only hoping they could squeeze us in.
Not only did they help us, but they did it with kindness, warmth, and friendly smiles that truly made our day. Even though they were busy, they understood we were traveling and patched us up quickly. In less than 15 minutes, we were safely back on the road!
