I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to the outstanding service from Rebecca G. and Randy. Rebecca was just as kind and helpful as she was beautiful—she went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Randy was also incredibly helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Their exceptional service and genuine care really made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be returning because of them.

I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store thanks to Randy at the AutoZone in Commerce, Georgia. I was on a tight budget and he still managed to hook me up with everything I needed for my oil change..high quality STP extended life oil filter, STP Dexos1 full synthetic oil for my 2025 Silverado Turbomax, and even threw in the STP air filter in the bundle. He got me set up with an oil drain pan too and made sure I didn’t miss a thing. And the best part? He came in under my budget. It wasn’t just a transaction, it was solid customer service. I’m honestly glad I stopped at this location. Randy made the whole process simple and saved me time and money. That kind of service is rare these days.

Went into this store Sunday May 25. The 2 guys working that evening showed me the best customer service and I also ended up getting windshield wipers which is more than I went for but did need!

I was experiencing some issues with my car and had purchased a part from here. After taking the part home and replacing it, I was still having issues. I went back and spoke with Randy and he went above and beyond for us. He ended up installing another part for us after hours and really paid attention to detail with what was needed. He also took care of ordering an additional part under warranty for us. Randy is phenomenal. Highly recommend reaching out to him for any needs.

Randy is at this store, and he is Awesome! He went above and beyond to help me with my 98 Subaru Impreza. He is very kind and helpful, and AutoZone is very fortunate to have someone with his knowledge working at this store.

I’ve never had a problem with Autozone in general but I do have a problem with one employee. We went to buy two new batteries for a diesel truck at a cost of nearly $500. We wanted them to install the new batteries as is their policy. One battery had a cover over it. The bearded ponytailed young man said he couldn’t replace that particular battery because of that. I said I would pop the cover off so he could change the battery. So now at checkout he says we had to buy terminal pads or he couldn’t change the batteries. Said it was store policy. I asked him to show me the policy. Then he blamed it on his district manager. Bottom line he didn’t want to change the batteries. So we we took our business to O’rieleys where they were happy to help.

This place was amazing! Bought wind shield wipers and a qt of oil. And am emplyee Keith put my wipers on and put my oil in! All for free! And I didn't mind doing it for me! I love good customer service. Thanks Keith! I really appreciate all of your help! I will be back.
