Bought a used truck from here, on the test drive it drove perfectly fine. No issues were disclosed about the truck. (Granted I do know and understand I bought a used truck and that comes with risks)
Drive it home, and about 100 miles into owning it the check engine light comes on for a catalytic converter issue. Take it to a local shop, they are able to tell me that the codes were cleared on it 150 miles ago. I brought this to their attention and said it was pretty immoral of them to do. They did fix this.
However. Also a couple weeks, maybe ~300 miles into owning it the transmission started to slip and shift extremely hard. I brought this to their attention as well and said that it could use a transmission service, to which they denied doing.
Now I am about 1500 miles into owning it, and the transmission code has flashed and the shop tells me I need a new transmission. Granted again, I understand I bought a used truck with 106k miles, but none of these issues were told to me when test driving the truck, and somehow it drove absolutely fine on the test drive. I just believe buyers need to be aware of what you maybe getting into when buying a used vehicle from this dealer.

Great Dealership, service advisor was great and knowledgeable. Kept constant communication about what parts we needed and most importantly the prices of all services and repairs! Overall Great Experience! I’ve used Ford Dealership all over NorthEast Georgia & Billy Cain is by far the most trustworthy and truthful! Every single time I feel like they gave me the best price and found me the best and most reasonable parts! Even a few times recommending cheaper aftermarket parts instead of OEM Ford parts to save money when it was reasonable to do so. I will never go to another Dealership as long as Billy Cain is around!

Once in a lifetime you run across a dealership like this one. I cold called Mr. Pierce, their salesman, about a Ford 250. He immediately responded to my request for additional information. No time lags. I told him the conditions of my trade and purchase. The sales manager and general manager worked extremely hard to meet my offer. Without any fanfare, they sold me the truck without any drama or going back and forth. It was the best car buying experience possible. (I extremely liked NOT to have to sign anything electronically! Only good old fashion pen and paper!) We came in as strangers and left as family!!’ A breath of fresh air in this crazy world!!!
