Went in there two weeks ago. Paid almost 200 for a pair of boots for my wife. We paid and left. My wife wore the boots out to dinner when a friend pointed out the boots were different boots. She immediately took them off. By that time the place was closed. We brought the boots back hoping to make this right because they sold us two different boots. The design is so similar we had to study them side by side to see the difference. I spoke to the manager, first when I asked to speak to his supervisor, his response was "that would be me". So I asked if he owned it, he responded with no, the owners are in California. End of story, they refused to give a refund or the matching boot to us. The boots are still brand new and my wife will never wear them. This is a Class A act of what a business should not be like. If this was the store policy, shouldn't the manager be checking boots to make sure they are the same before you walk out? Also, BOOTS ETCETERA IS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD if you are looking for
a better company to deal with. We spoke to customer service "800" number once the manager refused to resolve the issue. Now two weeks after we called and spoke to c/s we still have no resolve. This is a trash company to deal with. Pics to prove our experience.
Reached out to them after weeks of waiting for a email response from their 800 number customer service, no response and they refuse to do anything

They carry a wide selection of good quality clothing and boots. First time there several months ago we were totally ignored and avoided by the staff. We reluctantly went back while in the area and were greeted by an entirely friendly and welcoming staff this time. Will definitely go back for future purchases.
