The most unprofessional company I've ever encountered.... try to make payment over phone....automated system never works....and if you lucky enough to get one of them to answer the phone...they are very rude... I think they do this on purpose so they can collect max late fee. If I lived close still....it would be on time... the women at the facility rarely answer their phone. CALL ME!!!!!+

The place is great. But if you get one get one on the outside. I was given the code for the door for the inside and it never works. There has been things that I needed and can’t get to them.

HOLLY WAS A SAINT!!! I was having a ordeal with the post office about box sizes and not only did Holly provide me with the proper material, she actually took time out to assist me with my task! This kinda customer service you don't see much of these days, and I truly appreciate her for every single thing she helped me with and for being such a upstanding and friendly businesswoman!!!! Thanks again Holly!

Worst experience and customer service.
There is no communication between employees. Our unit has been “mistakenly,” locked several times, even by their admission and then do not remove their lock in appropriate time frames I.e either several hours or days later, despite it being incorrect per their records and even with proof of email correspondence with their staff.

I have used Commerce Storage now for about three years and I can say that my experience with them has been very positive. The manager, Holly is very professional but also extremely kind. She is very good about keeping customers informed of any changes or updates and has all around made my experience headache free. Kristi is also very nice and helpful. The fees are reasonable and the location is well kept, clean and safe.
