Employees were talking very loudly in the middle of the store, instead of helping customers. I had to leave because I felt so uncomfortable hearing their private conversation. It was very upsetting, I was looking forward to my first experience in a Crocs store, but sadly I don’t think I’ll be going back.

3/1 @ 2 pm - I needed to exchange a pair of Crocs and dealt with the most polite, informative and helpful staff. I will return to this location for future Croc purchases.

Crocs store in commerce is actually a really clean and organized store. The people working there at the time I went were very helpful. Looking In the back for larger sizes, Helping anyway possible. I actually really enjoyed looking at all the crazy cool Crocs. And they have a really good selection as well
