There was a mix up with my son’s insulin prescription at another CVS location, I didn’t realize they had given him the vials of insulin instead of the insulin pens that he was prescribed until I had already gotten home. I live about 40 mins away from that location and didn’t have a way to get back, so I called my usual location, in Commerce, to inquire about regular insulin needles. Memphis was very apologetic about the mix up, he told me to come to the pharmacy and he would get the needles my son needed. When I got there, he apologized again, he had the needles waiting for me when I got there. He took extra time to explain everything and teach me how to administer the insulin. His product knowledge was great! He has an outstanding attitude, he was so polite, professional, and personable. I cannot say enough good things about him. Sadly, it’s not as common to receive great customer service these days, so it’s very refreshing when you do. I appreciate him for not only his superb customer service, but for him helping make it possible for my son to get the insulin he needed. A big big THANK YOU to Memphis!!!!!!

Wait times that can last days for prescriptions to be filled, pharmacists with a god complex, rude staff, questionable clinic practices - all in all, this is a pharmacy to avoid. If possible, I'd switch to a different pharmaceutical provider before even attempting to get an rx filled at this location. Absolutely abominable. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The pharmacy ailed to provide legal prescriptions that contain oxycontin --then went across the street and filled in Walgreens nearly. Yesterday (4-24-23) when we came in for scheduled second booster shot just approved by CDC, was told we did not qualify (70 and 80 years ofd, last booster Sept 20223). Also couldn't find Zycam Zinc product that pharmacist didn't know anything about although in another CVS, the pharmacist came out to recommend and locate the product for us. Please help this store--we have used CVS for over 20 years and usually are delighted with the service.

0 stars for the pharmacy support staff. Incredibly rude and insensitive.The pharmacist Thomas is kind and patient even though he is overworked. Hang in there Thomas.Front staff is excellent.
