Tried swapping some diapers that were the wrong size with out a receipt was shut down and basically called a thief for not having the receipt pathetic service esp when their return policy clearly states you can do swaps of equal value or get a merch card, oh and forget calling corporate DG sucks.

This has got to be the rudest store I've been to numerous times I've been there after working all night and have to wait there until the young lady finishes her conversation with the young man that works there it's like I'm totally invisible then when she gets ready she will walk over in her all black and take my order no good morning no hello nothing .the other cashier's are not like this but it seems everytime I come it's always something. I've decided to start going to the Jefferson location even though it's further away just the service and her attitude just a bit much it's always something when I go there in the morning she will see me at the register waiting and just continue on with her conversation like I wasn't even there so unprofessional.And judging by other reviews I'm not the only one having a very bad experience at the location there is some nice ladies there in the evening but in the morning that young lady that wears all black is very rude and unprofessional I don't wanna say anything being a man and all and after worming over 12hrs it will not come out nice I will go somewhere else .

It's a bit crowded. The service is great when you are not standing in line. Makes no sense why the self checkout and like 3 is never running. During rush hour expect to wait in line

I arrived at this store at 2:15 this afternoon September 5 2023, an employee was manually opening and closing the doors. There was a group of people coming out I asked what was going on , they said they are closing the store. I went to the doors and the employee said no ma'am I'm not letting anyone else in. I have a truck unloading stock and I don't want anyone in the store while I put up stock. I said I'm coming in and getting what I came to get. She said well I won't check you out. I said fine then I'll just walk out with my items then like most everybody else does. As I was getting my items , the manager approached me and said she is respectfully asking me to leave the store, because I was rude to her employee. I snapped back at her and said I will leave when I'm finished shopping. I told her the employee had said she would not check me out , and I said fine I'll just take my items if she doesn't. But I am leaving with what I came to get. I further told her if she knew what was good for her she best get out of my face. Which she did. I grabbed my four items, and went to the front of the store. There were other customers in the check out line being cashed out by the same employee who had said she wouldn't check me out. I put my items down at self checkout and checked my on self out. There is no reason to close the store to put up stock during normal operating hours . Especially when there is more than one employee working. And you sure as hell don't think your going to escort me out of the store to try and feed your power trip. I did not call corporate only because if they fired them then the store would close till they got new help and that makes others who shop there suffer. I will shop there again like I normally do , but that joke of a manager and employee better not open their mouths to me ever again. We live in a rural area and it's a 15 mile drive to that store one way. With diesel at 4.59 a gallon I wasn't driving back when they decided to open their doors. Managers and employees need to be put back thru a training course on how to treat paying customers.

Terrible customer service. I stood in waited my turn and had 2 transactions to do (I do this every friday) the guy told me I would have to circle back around to get back in line to do my second transaction.

I normally like to shop here I can always get in and get what I need and get out, but tonight I pull in at 7:20 PM and there’s a sign on the door that they are temporarily closed will reopen soon and a employee comes out the door and goes to their van and smokes, while there has been like 8 to 10 cars pull in and leave then she goes back in the store and locks the door behind her, guess I will go somewhere else,

Literally pulled up to an employee unlocking the door to let customers out at 8:00pm. They do not close until 10:00pm!! Why is the door locked?!?!?!!

Really hopee when they built this new store only a mile from the old one it would be ran be better. It's actually 10x worse. I've been in twice in the last 2 weeks and both times all but 2 or 3 aisles were completely blocked. This visit only 2 aisles were accessible, the self checkout wouldn't work, and no cashiers were around. This is the first time I've ever just left my buggy and walked away from any atore. This store is horribly run, terribly organized, a massive fire risk, and completely useless when customers can't access the aisles that MAY contain what they're shopping for.

This location is the messiest most cluttered store I’ve ever seen. You can’t get to half the products because of boxes in the way. I bought cheese today and got it home to discover it is over a month expired. This store is a joke.

The staff is wonderful and so helpful. But for like the past month there air has been broke and it is so hot in there.
