The old British lady needs to mind her own business & not parent my kids.
They were handing me toys for our dog. They weren’t hurting anything, weren’t loud or running around. I can parent my own children, I don’t need some dusty old lady to help.
Stop micromanaging the other employee also, none of them like you 🙂

As an 18-wheeler driver, I found the unloading process at this location to be extremely difficult and not driver-friendly at all. The dock is very high, and the freight consists of heavy items like water, juice, and bleach that you have to carry up to shoulder height. It’s almost impossible to manage on your own, and I strongly recommend that drivers avoid coming here alone. Make sure you have a team of at least two people to handle the unloading safely. This place is definitely not suitable for solo drivers

Insane that they are making employees work in those hot conditions. It is apparent that the AC is broken. It was just as hot inside the store if not hotter than outside!

This Dollar Tree is by far the best Dollar Tree around this area. It was very clean and organized. Plus the manager and staff were helpful and very nice.

The service is always great here. I end up filling up my whole cart or buggy up. I can spend little here but get a lot of food items I need for lunch during the work week. I absolutely love this place instead of places like Ingles or Walmart.

This store is usually a pleasure to shop at every month, but today I was over charged for 8 items that I never touched or had, let alone put up to the counter. Then as I call back and talk to an Asst. Manager, she tells me bring everything back to Banks Crossing, Commerce and go from there. I live over an hour away and have opened/threw away the trash from and ate some of the items. She also said she couldnt or wouldnt look at the camera. I'm sorry but customers are important and a company outright stealing from their customers is unacceptable. All the first items (8) were not mine!!!! Courtney Heard
