They did not do what was agreed on prior to gas delivery and tried to bill more that what was quoted. Will prolly never use them again.
3/30/25: E-mail sent with no response and I have checked my spam folder, still losers in my eyes, not reputable.

I ordered early this year and my gas was delivered in good time by a friendly and professional woman. They are so much nicer than my monopoly power company.

Past 2 propane deliveries, the driver entered my backyard thru a CLOSED gate. When he was finished filling my tank he left the gate OPEN. There is a reason it was closed when he arrived. There is normally a dog outside. So, you can guess what happened when my dog went out back. The lack of respect from this driver is intolerable. Leave things as they were found please. (You were given 2 chances before I posted this review)

Took over one month to get tanked filled. I called numerous times. They kept telling me it had been filled. We saw truck tracks to neighbor’s house, which has been vacant for years. Turns out they filled her tank. I called that in and it still took over a week to get our tank filled. And now we get a bill for both our tank and the neighbor’s tank being filled!!!! I just can’t handle stupid anymore!!

Very seldom do I leave bad reviews, but when I mean bad experience I mean bad. This company is taking advantage of a wonderful customer base that was built by the former "country boys" gas and ripping people off. We became Country Boy customers 13 years ago before it was absorbed by Ferrell gas, so we would call ourselves "loyal" customers, but not after today. How can you charge both of my neighbors, one being my father $1.79 per gallon and then try to charge me $3.09 for the same thing? We both own our tanks and are on adjoining properties. We have tried to understand why there is such a difference in the price, but the only answer they could give us was that this is just what the price is. This combined with a 3 week turn around on our last delivery has forced us to switch to Piedmont Propane who had an excellent rate and a two day turn around on delivery. I'm not mad, I'm not bitter, but if you have loved ones "especially those on a fixed income" please check on this and make sure this company not taking advantage of them. This is NOT the Country Boys Gas that had its customers best interest in mind.

I gave ferrellgas a three-star rating for the simple fact is that I do have gas but I had to wait have two delivery days in order to get my gas. I think that you guys need to be a little more truthful when you sign up for it because they said that once you sign up for it that you don't have to pay for the tank but then after you you have to pay for the tank and I just want you guys to be a little more honest but overall I'm going to give you a three and I think do thank you for your service

It was easy to find a human, which I deem a significant plus. She understood my problem and while she lacked the stature to cure my problem she referred me to a higher up who also understood and was able to fix my problem. My thanks to customer service at Ferrellgas. Not five stars cause nobody’s perfect. This was relatively easy and didn’t take a very long time at all.

The time before last it was very difficult getting in touch with an actual representative as opposed to the automated. When I did there seemed to be a long window where I potentially wouldn't get it delivery soon. When it looked like I might run out I called again and the representative was able to expedite my delivery which made me very happy. The last time I called it was a lot quicker to get in touch with the representative and it went very smoothly. I do find the recording while I'm waiting for a representative - all the bragging of how much they're into customer service etc. etc. rather annoying, elevator music would be more relaxing.I called when my tank was at 30% the first time and the representative told me that they recommend calling it 50% !? This is not what I understood previously. The second representative that was much more helpful said they recommend that people call when their tank is between 20 and 40%. I.E probably an average of 30%.Overall I'm very satisfied with Ferrellgas .

Called and placed an order our tank is at 20%. In the past I was told I can't place an order without paying for it (I don't understand why I can't schedule a delivery and pay for it the day before) so I had to save up the money. I was told January 29th for delivery after repeatedly explaining to the customer service employee that I have a 5 month old in the house. Her response was awe I understand I have kids too, but it will be the 29th. Not attempt to schedule anything sooner so my baby doesn't end up in the cold before the 29th. Heat is important for house holds with elderly and small infants/children that are home bound, but this company doesn't seems to care.Editing to add: I Emailed your customer support on Saturday, January 19 and again January 24 and no response. My husband has spoke to a supervisor on January 18 and no update from him. After call today the 24 to speak with a supervisor has yet to be returned.I don't think y'all get the urgent situation that a infant is in my home. Her childcare is provided in my home and 6 more days without gas is not going to work especially since we ordered and paid for it 10 days ago.

My mom called 3 weeks ago and told you that she was at 20% . She has been without gas for over a week. when she call back last week , and told yall she was out yall said that it would be there by Wednesday, then on Wednesday yall send her a message saying that it would be there today (Friday) . She has 2 women 67, and 80 years old there. Her house has been lower than 45 degrees for over a week now.. still no gas shame on yao!! gas
