Just shut down this store is never open. Here it is 12:48 and still close. And by the time somebody gets here they will literally go in open 30mins and take a meal break. Why are y'all even still in business just shut down.

This is a sorry excuse for a business! Walk In and completely ignored because of the friends and buddies talking about tattoos. Two items were on the clearance shelves and was told after I brought them to the counter they were mismarked. The snotty girl said “do you want them or not?”! This is a perfect example of this new generation thinking they are smarter than everyone else. I walked out smiling because most of the people that worked in that store will be working at a gas station for the rest of their lives! Again, a sorry excuse for business.
Have fun living in your parents basements that’s where you’re going to be!

They have all new staff who are very nice and helpful. It's a nice nostalgia trip and the pro membership has pretty good benefits.

It's ok for how small it is. They hardly ever have magic the gathering cards it's not something that's stocked up a lot however they a good variety of other stuff.

Went in to pick up my preorder today (release day). An employee told the game was at the location but wasn’t unboxed yet and wouldn’t be today, and I should just come back tomorrow. It was 4:30 and the store closes at 7. I don’t know why anyone would preorder if you can’t guarantee release-day pickup.

Decided to go in with my 3 daughters and was refused service due to it being past closing, yet the door was unlocked and customers were inside! I was told we couldn't go in due to that and had to explain to 3 little girls under the age of 7 that we weren't allowed to shop, if you know you know! I insisted that if that's the case to lock the doors at closing and open them for customers trying to leave. Lmk if I'm right or wrong?? Thanks.

Ryan's customer service was authentic and warm. We bought a new console and he was beyond knowledgeable about not only accessories, but the policy of the store; as well as games my son plays that I have little knowledge of. I enjoyed this shopping experience today. Thank you!
