“After a huge miscommunication on my part Melissa and Shannon were quick to remedy my situation. They handled my situation quick and efficient as well as showed compassion in a very stressful time. I’ve never been treated better by any hotel personnel than what I was shown by Melissa and Shannon. Next time I visit Commerce, I will definitely choose here again due to these sweet ladies!!”

“I was so happy with this location. The room was clearly freshly renovated and it was huge. They called it a double king family suite but it only cost us $51 plus 6000 Choice Hotel points. Breakfast was nice but only sausage, not eggs. But that's such a small thing to get a room with comfortable beds, LVP flooring (no grubby carpet! ?) and a bright, clean lobby and breakfast area. We didn't use them but they also had a really nice pool and laundry facilities.”

“It was good but the 3rd shift lady was very rude lied to us telling us that she couldn't give out clean towels cause she didn't have access to the linen closet when we told her we needed towels so we could take a shower then she made a phone call and went and opened up closet and gave us some after saying She didn't have access to it the cleaners were nice but we didn't see him til we have been there on day 3 then on day 4 and day 5 he came to our door asking if we needed anything and he was seen holding his phone up taking pics from outside our room of our room which I thought was weird and never offered us Toilet Paper we brought our own the only other thing I noticed was the sink beside the bathroom only had hot water no cold water to brush ur teeth and be prepared to pay 100 cash deposit for the room in case there's any damage done we wasn't told that til check in..we were in room 119 from July 3rd-july 8th”
