“Don't let them fool you or have salesmen try to say their fiber is so much better. Its not!! I switched from Windstream and have so many more outages and they can never give you an idea of repair time. Twice its been multiple day outages. I will be switching to another provider ASAP!
Update, they did get things restored I can appreciate the speed and price is great. I just think tech repairs needs to be more knowledgeable about estimated time of repairs since we have experienced many days its out and working from home and losing hours more then a handful of times makes a customer just wanna know an update but thank you for your kind response. I renact my previous lower stars.”
