My car broke down on 85 during my 12 hr trip up north and James Brooks Auto came up when I googled auto places. With the great reviews, I went for it! They offer towing options, which I didn't have to use thankfully but good to know if your car won't move at all! They told me it was my spark plugs and I was back on the road in 45 min! They were friendly and the waiting area is nice…definitely recommend it!! Thanks guys!!

Watch your oil filters and check your receipts! Paid for an oil change on my truck. Came in and paid the bill, but the oil was never changed. If I didn't look under the truck, well, I would've paid for a service I never received and they sure as hell didn't go above and beyond to check! Oh and by the way, I paid for a transmission rebuid on a 86 Chevy truck. It didn't even last a year before the seals leaked again and that's after I took it back to you to double check. Wouldn't recommend!
