I liked the guy that came out, but by the next evening it was right back the way it was, not working half the time. But I really don't think it was because of anything he did or didn't do. This is a problem we have been having for at least 4 or 5 years! And no one can seem to fix it. It think it is a Windstream problem, and they could care less. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with besides Jackson EMC. That's what happens when these big corporations get deregulated. They can just run wild and they do!!!!!

I was offered from kinetic that internet speed upgrade to 1 giga a couple of weeks ago. That’s why you guy came today to do the work but according to technician the work order was 500mbps, not 1giga bps. I am disappointed and frustrated. You guy called me around second week of November and told me I was eligible to get free 1Giga upgrade and I accepted but now it’s not 1giga. Very bad customer service.

They have great technicians that always do what they can to help you get to working , but as a company majority of the time their service is very poor and extremely over priced. Always going out and can’t get to work when you need it. As a business that needs dependable services they are not the way to go. Sadly they are my only option at the moment and looking forward to another provider building in the area soon so I can get better service.

Was told a technician would be out on Monday when I called in the trouble last week, but did not receive a notification. Was notified Tuesday morning that he was in route, but the tech never appeared. Very disappointed that I was sent a request to review the technician and his service when he never showed up. This on top of the antiquated speeds where I live is a just unacceptable! Is there no high speed provider willing to upgrade our rural area? !

Apparently the guy that came out about a month ago to set up new wifi and upgraded our modem didn't know what he was doing and my internet wouldn't even work. Jordan came out today and did an amazing job. Fixed everything from the wires outside and plugging in the things the other guy didn't. Thank you so much Jordan!

He was very helpful . He explained how things worked and how different things are when the surge. Plug iis messed up and what it does when it works it works properly. He didn't talk over our head and did all he could for us and told just let them know if we needed our help again

The internet service is good, but if it ever breaks you’ll have to go through their horrid customer service which is highly automated and works only half the time. They’ll tell you someone will be out on a certain day and you have to be present from 8 am to 5 pm only to have no one show up. Then you repeat the process and find out it will take them 10 days to actually send someone out to fix the problem. I will say that the on-site technician was fantastic, but dealing with the company is infuriating.
