This store is never open. Even their adjusted hours are never correct. I was there at 11:00 which was the time they were supposed to be open. At 11:45 they were still locked up tight. This is the third time I've tried to shop this store but they are always closed. Call before making the trip!

The new employees and the store management are super rude. Specifically the older ones. Very disappointing, after 10+ years of being a loyal customer, I don't think I will return.

When I walked in the store yesterday there were about 5 associates chatting behind the counter. I continued my shopping with 3 separate trips to the dressing room but not one time did an associate ask if I needed help they seemed more concerned about their personal conversations then assisting customers. This location definitely needs a lesson in customer service as there was none!
