The elderly lady who done my pedicure did not even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She was too interested in playing w my child. I didn’t get anything scrubbed on my feet. I was so irritated I didn’t even have them painted. Will never be pack. I can do the service I received today for $33 AT HOME . There’s several in commerce, don’t waste your money here.

Omg WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
The girl that did my pedi pull my toe and when I told her she pretended she didn’t understand me. I should’ve walked off then after.
I requested to get my eyebrows wax , they sent me a older lady with glasses that had trouble see what her glasses!!She waxed the same spot couple times and still left some hair in there and after this they did not even apologize or anything. I still pay the full price and tipped them only because my daughter requested.
BUT BET I WONT HO BACK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I've not met such personable and talented artists as that of Lovely Nail Spa, in Commerce, located next to UPS store.
Tom, and Anne...you must see them, ask for them. I was pampered by both. Tom will, indeed, take care of you, and he means it. My nails look natural, and healthy. He is so kind, and exudes great vibes!!
Anne is the sweetest lady you will meet, and her artistic passion, attention to detail and humbling care..you must experience these two!!
I've found my place, finally!

Absolutely horrible!! I waited over an hour in a pedicure chair! The water was cold and I finally had to take my feet out, never turned on the jets and then told a lady she could get her nails done in 10 minutes in front of me!! NEVER AGAIN!! And, they need to make sure they understand that there is Google translate!!!

I do not get to get a pedicure often. it's a lix that I allow myself twice a year. Before the school year starts and at the end. Yesterday I went to have a pedicure done. I even selected a couple steps up from the basic "spa" pedicure to really treat myself and relax. I was only in the chair for about 30-40 min from start to finish and that included taking almost 5-10 min for selecting the polish before the gentleman came back to me. he did not test the water temp and had me place my feet directly in......I felt like my skin was melting off and immediately removed them.... that should have been my first warning. While he was very polite, my pedicure was terrible and I left more tense than I went in there. he kept my feet at an awkward angle the entire time he was working on them. I almost felt like my tendon was going to snap. I have short legs and he should have moved the seat forward, instead he scooted it back and had my feet in a constant arched stretch. My 10 year old would have exfoliated and scrubbed my legs and feet with more effort. When he placed the gel lamp he burned my toe due to the way my foot was placed. The worst part was is that no lotion or massage was ever applied to my legs and feet.....the one part I actually needed so very badly after the end of the school year. the price of my pedicure was $50., so essentially I paid someone $50 to hurt my feet instead of helping me have a great relaxing experience. Most expensive nail painting ever. I don't think I will ever waste my money on this place again. Most disappointing experience ever! I honestly wouldn't even give them a one star at this point. My feet are still killing me today. I wish I had refused to pay but I was just kinda in shock when he said ok you are done, that will be $50.....I even cried when I got into my car due to how bad and disappointing it was. Now I have to wait for the gel polish to come off so that I can try somewhere else to maybe get a better experience.

My first time here and everyone was pleasant and respectful. I enjoyed getting my eyebrows tinted. Coming back for microblading.
I gave it 4 stars cause I felt my pedicure could have been a little bit better. Overall I was pleased with this service.
FYI get an ATM. ?

My nails are not even done right paid $50 to have them done I have lumps in my nails will never ever in my life go back to these people
