I had a great experience at the lotion. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful. I had a new phone and I was having trouble with service activation through the app. I was about to send the phone back. But this young lady helped me get it turned on and I was very happy.

I've been Metro's all around Athens and this one in Banks Crossing is BY FAR the most helpful!! The employees were kind and helped me understand and answered EVERY question I had. No doubt I'll be returning for all our Metro needs. Thank you again for being so awesome!!
